3 ★ Would be a great mobile alternative to the website, if the app functioned as it should. Can't view orders due to errors (current and previous), can't see reviews, and filters/search results reset if you view a product and return to the previous page.
5 ★ Other apps, take note. This app had a SEPERATE CLAUSE asking if I wanted to be entered in auto-renewal when I purchased the power up rewards pro plan. I had to read through the text, as the box to agree isn't click-able until you scroll through the text. That kind of transparency and consideration is why I definitely checked that auto-renew box
1 ★ Update: Still awful and still barely works. Better off going to the webpage since it can actually complete an order. Horrid load times, buggy search results, products listed as available but once proceeding to checkout are suddenly no longer available anywhere, paypal pay option causes the check-out process to crash for no reason, the reasons go on. The old design was easy to use and navigate, but now the app is just a less functioning, more frustrating version of the homepage website.
2 ★ Legit the new update you did I can't order from the app anymore. It won't let me at all. You didn't fix it you made it worse. So had to go to Walmart to buy Minecraft for the switch instead of GameStop. I'm only one person but that means way more then me who will do the exact thing. Smh
4 ★ I like the company. App could use a little work as it doesn't have all the inventory that you could find on the website and checkout was kind of glitchy. I believe they will take care of these issues in the near future with the new leadership team running the company.
5 ★ Love this company, hope they continue to expand their item selection and give their shoppers excellent value. I've also never had an issue using their application.
1 ★ Why can't I see my preorders that I made in store anymore I used to be able to what happened. I liked having that feature because I hate calling your stores because most the time no one answers. Also 2nd time posting this wonder why.
5 ★ Love Gamestop! Can't wait to witness the greatest turnaround in history! Got back into games recently love the deals on the app and the rewards system. Wish there were more rewards though. Like Gamestop coozis mouse pads etc. Also one more thing Gamestop if your listening. Can you please please please allow us to search a page on the app. Its very frustrating going from page 1 to 20 and then having to start over from 1 and go page to page til your back where you were. Let us click 5 pages ahead.
2 ★ I wish I could say better for this app but it needs a lot of fixing to do it's like a every time thing because its it's been doing this all time damn time! Every time I'm scrolling to browse games it's like it glitches and puts me back to where I was previously just looking at some games I've already saw, when I add a game to my shopping cart and go into my shopping cart it wouldn't even load I kept having to back out of it and try again over and over it's really annoying, the website is better
5 ★ I love the direction that the company is going in and I am so much happier with the app than I was months ago. It's become easier to use the app for ordering.
3 ★ it's okay for what is but the apps UI is kind of slow and unresponsive. I haven't had any major problems but there can be glitches at times.
3 ★ The app is overall good, but has some slow load times. Please add feature to display more than 20 items on screen maybe 100 option or all once option.
5 ★ Great app! Easy to use and they're expanding their catalog daily! You can now get graphics cards and TV's here. Board games and costumes as well!
2 ★ I have nothing against game stop the app has always been okay at best I appreciate the update that let's you know if something is in store or sold out but the app still only works sometimes and when it does work it's pretty buggy
3 ★ Clumsy. App could use some work took me awhile to locate where i could upgrade to pro. Finally found it. When searching consoles list all consoles you carry whether in stock or not. Would like the option to see out of stock and maybe a choice to be alerted when back in stock.
