SXTN (pronounced sɪkstn, occasionally spelled in songs) is a German hip-hop duo from Berlin, consisting of the rappers Juju (bourgeois Judith Wessendorf, * 1992) and Nura (bourgeois Nura Habib Omer, * 1988). They polarize through their often provocative texts.
Juju was born the daughter of a Moroccan and a German in Morocco and grew up with her mother in Berlin. Nura was born as the daughter of a Saudis and Eritrean in Saudi Arabia and came as a three-year-old with her mother and three siblings as a refugee to Germany, where she first lived in Wuppertal and moved to Berlin at the age of 18.
