You can change existing Affirmation text, category / folder, background image and voice recording.
My Affirmation - Self Motivation App features :

1 ★ Please don't purchase the Pro version of this app, as all your data will be lost when you change your mobile device. I have emailed the app developers multiple times to help recover my data, but I have received no response. This is irresponsible behavior from the My Affirmations app team.
5 ★ Very relaxing and I like the way you can structure it! Update: 09/09/24 I been using it more and more and I see a great improvement in my mood. I'm much more relax especially at work. I don't feel overwhelmed or burned out anymore. I've gotten better sleep too. I sent this to my friend and sister to purchase.
