2 ★ The constant app crashing during trips has made me miss out on about half of the trips I try to log. It's almost too frustrating to be worth it. It also take many months to receive any compensation.
2 ★ I'm not sure if I really "get" this app. I set up a trip for later, my commute, and it never showed up in the "Upcoming Trips" section even though I saved it multiple times. Then I did get a notice when the trip time approached, so I started the trip. But it continued to be in "traveling" mode even though I arrived at work. I didn't know how to tell the app I arrived, so I ended up just canceling and losing whatever "points" I would have gotten. Not ready for prime time it seems.
1 ★ Slow, buggy, and constantly crashing. Trips used to auto-complete and upload upon arrival, but lately I have lost out on several trips' worth of points after discovering that they had not been completed or failed to upload. Continue to use because I believe in the project, and the rewards are nice although qualifying trips keep getting narrower, but the experience is incredibly frustrating.
1 ★ Out of four trips I have been credited for only one. Will not display a planned trip; no way to indicate that you have completed a trip; no quick start must always plan a new trip (why must I always select a new route for my routine commuting route). There are too many issues for me to recommend this app.
1 ★ I've been trying to work with the developers for months on identifying issues with the app but there haven't been any hot fixes or updates. It's practically unusable in it's current state, and it's been around since 2018!!!
