1 ★ Was unable to cancel an order even though my pictures wouldn't be ready for 6 hours from the time I placed the order. Their app gives you no information on how to cancel orders neither or their FAQ section.
1 ★ Also why cant you track your orders via the app or at Walmart. I initially gave it 3 stars, but I have had to get a refund twice on the items I ordered, 1st one came in broke, the 2nd one came in not broke but had a completely different family on it, I ordered a 3rd on the 19th Dec and have yet to even get notified of when shipping. I tried to reach out to customer service with no luck. Hope others are having better luck, will not use anymore.
1 ★ Update: its now mid January and zero changes. Still unable to pull up my albums. I loved this app on my Samsung S8. On my Note20 Ultra it wont bring up any of my pictures. When will this get the update it desperately deserves? Down graded it to 1 star since no update and it keeps asking me to print but since it wont bring up any photo albums ...
1 ★ Would not recommend. Somehow the app transferred photos rather than just making them available to print, it was a busy day at the kiosk and I lost about 40 of them because this app just would not allow me to leave them on my phone. Will never use again.
1 ★ Ive had all problems plus another huge one ppl dont realize, suspected before. App STEALS ppl's pictures off phones, DELETES PICS OFF PHONES. Not just theft but destroys private, personal property. I downloaded the app a 2nd time after a while in hopes it wasnt this app, but happened again AFTER DOWNLOADING IT. They took very precious irreplaceable old ones. That's why they say in policy stating protection in lost photos. Its what the app is REALLY for.Thats why they dont care if service works😂
5 ★ Every time I order my pictures I get exactly what I want. So much easier than going in sitting at their machine. It's the only way I get them now. Thank you!!!
2 ★ Every time i try to order photos there is an error or maintenance going on, so then im stuck paying the higher price in store for one hour developing. Ridiculous.
1 ★ App is locked up. I sent an email to the developer for help a couple days ago and still haven't heard a response. I have been pleased with this app in the past, but not impressed now. Uninstalled the app and going to find one that works.
1 ★ This app was working well until about a week ago now you can not use it because for a whole week it has been undergoing maintenance I have sent a email to them to make them aware of the situation and it still has not been fixed
