2 ★ I was super excited to get my printer but unfortunately this app isn't working. I cannot select a photo without the app crashing. I managed to print one photo but it doesnt work anymore. Im very dissapointed as Ive already opened the pack of polaroid film. I noticed other people had had the same issue and I'm hoping instax has a response or a solution for this asap. Will likely be returning the product if not fixed in the next few days.
1 ★ If you love your privacy you won't like this. Granted the app is easy to use easy to set up but it requires you to have location setting on. I don't care if there's an embargo somewhere where you can't use this outside of America but no app should require to have location services on. You're better off printing a photo from your computer than allowing this app to use your location on GPS. Also you spend a lot to get blurry low quality pictures. So no privacy and poor quality photos. Big mistake.
5 ★ I've had this since November 2020 and I had no problems with it so far . I've read reviews of people who said the app crashes on them but I love it and use it a lot .I've been printing out a lot of pictures and found no problems with it so far .I give it 5 stars and recommend this to anyone based off my experience it uses Bluetooth to connect but I also found that it requires location to be on to help connected at times if problems occur with the app I'll come back and change my review
3 ★ I think that it need more improvement on doing filters and on dojng texts on this app.as when i printed the photos out the lighting and shadows were not good as shown in the ads
1 ★ Just straight-up DOES NOT work for Android phones If you have a Google Pixel don't bother. They're literally not compatible.
4 ★ The app is great, the pictures are beautiful. My only issue is that the pictures come out more dull than the pictures on my phone and it is a little disappointing but overall the app is great. I'm hoping there will be more frames and such added in the future.
1 ★ Refuses to connect to my phone's Bluetooth, so the Instax printer I purchased is now useless and nothing more than an overpriced paperweight.
5 ★ Love this mini printer and all the options! Perfect for scrapbooking and other crafting things!
4 ★ App overall is good, wasn't easy to access my photos because of google photos but after messing around with it I found a way to make it work. My main complaint is that the frames aren't updated often enough. I would suggest adding frames for the current season/holiday.

4 ★ Works okay.. I can't open up my pictures from the app itself so I have to open the picture first and share to the app to be able to print the photo I want.. Not much options for font and designs, but I rather it without anyway now

5 ★ It's a great alternative to an Instax mini camera, the quality isn't as good as using the camera, but it's better in the aspect that you don't have to keep trying retakes if someone blinks, you can pick the perfect picture off your phone and print that. The edits are great and come with cute frames. I've had no issues with connectivity at all. Just bare in mind that the printer itself doesn't last long and needs recharging often, but that's no fault of the app so it still gets 5*
1 ★ Crashes! Downloaded and gave me trouble doing that...should have seen it'd be the same when app was done. Won't load pics crashes everytime!!
