Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

1 ★ One big issue: why this app has ads on the opening page like many other apps developed in China? I would like to use the app, or even pay for its contents, if it removes those very annoying ads.

5 ★ 因为“墙”的缘故大家无法正常登陆的，把ssr代理改成全局就可以了。不然是无法正常使用的。
