To be able to access data from a PV-system in the app, the PV-system must be linked to a Solar.web account. A Solar.web account can be created and the PV-system added during commissioning or also via the website www.solarweb.com.
App permissions
Fronius Solar.web 2.2.1 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to open network sockets.

5 ★ Premium Subscrption: Terrific App. I am only commenting on the app, not the whole fronius ecosystem. Cute animated diagrams that make it clear how your energy is flowing. Tip: if your Internet does not have a fixed IP address use a dynamic dns provider for more reliable connectivity to your fronius equipment.
1 ★ This App told me i was not putting any current into the main grid, because of health problems i had to call a qualified electrician from 40 klm away and spent some time checking my system only to find it was a software error.
4 ★ Some what slow in fetching data. Charts and bars lacklusture. Could be more attractive. But serves the purpise.
1 ★ Since update app won't open on my android phone..! Have sent all required information to Fronius 10 days ago but the problem still exists...l am now having second thoughts about Fronius and their ability to resolve a simple issue.
1 ★ Can login to one phone and try to login on another phone and can't at all. Disappointing.

1 ★ Waste of time . Drops out. The app is so poor it makes me question the ability to trust the inverter
3 ★ Sad.. App is ok but why does one have to pay to go more than 3 days back in historic production?? I just spent thousands on your equipment and then you want to charge me a few dollars to use your app. You are selling hardware and you trying to be a software company is just plain annoying.
5 ★ Works perfectly. Have uploaded my feed-in tariff and see total earnings.
4 ★ While there are significant differences in how data is displayed between the Android, iOS, and web applications, it doesn't take long before one becomes hypersensitive over what's drawing electricity in the home. I agree that it is a big slam on the customer to have to pay for their own daily detailed data beyond three days and for that reason didn't give it top marks. We are pretty satisfied with the system overall and paying for your own data is about the only grating negative.
1 ★ Worst app I've ever used. Cannot even login. Always says "check the password...". Password is correct!!! Even reset it several times. Also cannot login to their website, for the 3rd month I'm getting website is under maintenance. Really??? For how long? 3 months ago when I was still able to login I could not connect app to inverter. Also you have to pay to get the data which is retreived from YOUR inverter. Disgusting. Stay away from this app and the company.
1 ★ One of the worst app and the documentation is even crapier. Doesnt work as explained in the docs and youtube vids. I finally got it working on my own, however it doesnt show the data as shown in the app images on play store. And the worst thing is that all you get for the review that "its a pitty you dont like our product, please contact customer support". IMO you should contact the customers directly and also ask your developrs to at least read the reviews here on playstore. This will help them understand how badly they are working.
1 ★ You need to pay a monthly fee to get data from your OWN inverter. The app only downloads data directly from the inverter to their server and then locks it behind a paywall. I recommend logging the data via home assistant so you don't have to pay these scumbags. Edit: Response from developer just shows that they don't care. If you didn't get Gronius yet, just go with solarEdge. You don't have to pay for your own data there
1 ★ No longer works on on my Android mobile. Ok on Apple.
