2 ★ Its good when it updates. Certain estimates or invoices wont come up for customer names. Takes forever to update on the app.

1 ★ I have been a FreshBooks user for several years and was happy until Android app became almost unusable. I only ever use the app. Support used to be on point, but now aren't. The price almost doubled recently and I have to use a broken product. My fault, I've been too busy/lazy to find a new product. I hear QuickBooks is the way to go for what I need. Half the price, twice the product. Soooo disappointed. And i dont need your new product becuse it doesnt support PayPal.
1 ★ The Android version of this app keeps time for a project task down to the thousandth decimal place. The iPhone and web app do not do this and round to the nearest minute. This causes me to get times such as 3.2578 hours instead of simply 3.26. I bill by rounding to the nearest quarter hour so this really causes issues. When my times are imported from my app to the freshbooks website, I have to go to every single task and round them myself. There is no way to change the seconds on the Android app and the iPhone app doesn't even keep track of seconds. The iPhone app is the way it should be. I have asked for a feature request to be put in several times to fix this issue with no luck. Freshbooks needs to get its act together and fix this stupid bug!
3 ★ I would really like to see PDF support for receipts when creating an expense. I store all my receipts as PDFs and this essentially makes a large part of the app useless for me (and many others as well).
2 ★ No longer a fan of Freshbooks, glad to be moving on. This App has always been a little temperamental and the newer app simply refused to work with my account. I have switched to Wave and very happy I did so far.
2 ★ Not sure what happened recently with updates, but app fails anytime I try to send invoice, view pdf. Always requiring a Force Stop. I can no longer use on the go.
1 ★ The app is slow and the actual payment process is slow. It's 2018. It shouldn't take a week to process an online transaction. Too slow.
