2 ★ the app freezes a lot! Like, a lot. It used to be a good app, very functional. But in recent months, I can only do one or two things and then it freezes. Have to close it out and open it up again. I can never get more than three or four actions without having to close it. I've tried reinstalling it and it doesn't work at all. They're about to lose me as a customer
4 ★ Great app. Only thing I would work on is billing portion of this app. I would definitely make the card payments section easier. The payment processing in itself is easy. The breakdown of how payments display on transaction summary/history is a bit confusing. I'd make this more clear cut and I'd give this app a 5. Really looove Fresha, however other than that.
1 ★ Ever since my phone was automatically updated, all of my past appointments have disappeared, which is very bad, and I am not receiving notifications of new appointments, but my clients are receiving confirmations. I have emailed Fresha for help, but I am getting no help from customer support.
3 ★ Not very user friendly. You can add off time but it's nearly impossible to cancel or change it. Support, however, has helped me sort out the marketplace issue very quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
1 ★ This app was fantastic and so useful until yesterday; now it's unusable! I assume it is a glitch because of an update but I can no longer book, move or cancel appointments, can't add clients or products or do literally anything. Please fix this issue asap!
2 ★ It has been a good app, yet everytime they update the system, they are making it more long-winded and fiddly to book people in. It also feels clunky and less user friendly with every update. When you try to contact them for feedback, it's impossible to get ahold of anyone. Please can Fresha start to actually talk to its users about what they want/like and don't want/like? Because they currently appear very out of touch with the people who rely on this system to keep their businesses running.
1 ★ Loved this app when we first loaded it up, now, not so much. You use to be able to do everything in one place, now you have to go in and out to click request heart, to change something, etc, it's all over the place, and now I can only see one profile on my phone, and not others to make sure there are no scheduling conflicts on the go. The "improvements" are NOT improvements, its worse and annoying how it's set up now!
2 ★ Fresha used to be very good, support used to be amazing, you could actually talk to a person the same day. I have 2 payment systems, so I take half a payment with Fresha and half with my other provider. But Fresha charges the fee for the whole amount of the treatment even if they dont process the whole amount of payment... It wont matter if we have applied the discount or not, which is really unfair. Been waiting for them to come back to me all week. No luck....
4 ★ Loved this app but just gets more and more complicated, glitchy and updates without warning, leaveing you feeling completely lost in front of customers. Still good value for money but starting to lose faith...
1 ★ This is a very unprofessional and ignorant company. I have tried dozens of times to get in touch with them today. I lost all access to my account with all my client list, appointment and deposits. I have submitted multiple requests, they all are come back as "solved" although noone has replied back to me. I am very disappointed with this useless company. This is a very bad start for me, as I am only new in business. Impossible to reach them . Strongly do not recommend to anyone.
1 ★ Latest update has no login for existing account holders. I messaged support twice and had no response. Also I changed None of my booking links for years and suddenly bookings from my website and socials started to incur "new client" fees as though they had found me on Fresha marketplace. I no longer trust this company
1 ★ OK, so. As soon as possible I'm returning to writing my appointments in planners. This app is just awfull. I get charged for I don't know what. I just don't understand their fees anymore. With this last update I cannot see my workers calendars, just my own. I tried to uninstall and install again, tried to log out then login again. That is a big problem. I used to love this app, I've been using it for cca. 18 months now and I miss how perfect it was at the beginning.
3 ★ I have had to disconnect Google calanders 3 times now as it keeps putting appointments in my Google calander that aren't there . Becoming annoying that it needs to be fixed . It's great to have the free service . But when I grow the glitches and constant changing would possibly make me move platforms if I have to pay .
1 ★ Listen to the feedback. Run! Even the free version makes you lose money. Got stung with a spam account using fictitious details and booking through Fresha Marketplace then rescheduled and cancelled which subsequently prompted Fresha to charge me their "new client fee". Their customer service department is virtually non-existent, never replies, and in a desperate attempt to find ways to contact them I found an overwhelming amount from several long time users complaining about similar issues.
3 ★ One thing that gets to me is how when I open it to use, the app update pops up out of the blue and there's no option to update later. Sometimes I need to do an urgent booking without going to updates first.
