With our mobile app, pharmacists, technicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals can view the live CE webinars, chat with other participants in real time, and earn continuing education credits.

1 ★ This app needs a lot of help this logging in and getting stuck on that screen in just terrible needs major help an I have a Samsung 8 and dose not work also I have an account with free ce that I pay for so I am paying for something that only wants to work on a regular computer they should not advertise that they have an app if it dose not work.
2 ★ I experienced the same issues as others mentioned in that after signing in, takes you back to sign-in. I too missed credits due to this. I can't always be in front of the computer so APP would be helpful if it worked!
4 ★ Works well on Samsung S5. Just did my 1st live session. Signing in gets you right to the CE you registered for that day only. I wish it would list all the upcoming ones, and let you add or cancel registrations. You can't do any of that with this app. Audio and video are clear for me. Multiple choice selections were simple.

1 ★ can't use on my Google Pixel 3. Reading some reviews and this isn't a new problem. Compatibility issues are abound. please update the app so it can be usefull!
1 ★ worked twice. then when I try to log in today the app tells me I need to launch or download the app. I uninstalled & reinstalled 3 times. tried restarting my phone. nothing helped.
1 ★ I have used the classroom app on my Samsung 8S+ in 2016 & most of 2017. It decided not to work as of about a week ago. I have called the "help desk", if you want to call them that & have been told 3 different stories about why the app is no longer working on my phone. 1st I just needed to uninstall & install again. 2nd, was to "reboot" the system. Went to Verizon to ask if I could reboot my phone & I was told if I reset my phone that it would lose everything I have personally loaded onto it. Now, I am technologically challenged, but I think that the answer is definitely NOT to reset my phone. 3rd phone call was with yet a not so friendly individual & I was told that they are aware of the problem & are working on it. Interesting, the first 2 people I spoke with said absolutely nothing about working on a "problem". So here I sit with 3 hrs short on ce credits & the end of December is fast approaching. This company needs to let us MEMBERS (yes I paid for this headache!) know what is going on & when will it be working. All I want is someone to tell me what's really going on! signed, Jean Avent
1 ★ After successfully logging in, could not launch live video for certain. Only showed itinerary page with no options
5 ★ Vast improvement over the TuneIn and mobile web experience. I would love to have the touch targets on the poll questions have adjustable sizing.
1 ★ When I try to download this app, it keep saying download is pending. I don't like it because I can't never get in, it's a sorry app.
2 ★ The app is too intermittent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I decided to uninstall it.
