frank green Pay can be used with your “Tap to Pay” cup or bottle from frank green and allows you to store money and pay while you are out and on the go. You can now use your “Tap to Pay” product to buy petrol, gifts, groceries and your morning coffee and breakfast with a simple tap of your base. It’s that easy.
frank green Pay lets you store up to $400 in the app and make payments using your “Tap to Pay” products for transactions up to $99*.
Live life more mobile and transact with ease, managing your “Tap to Pay” cup or bottle via the frank green Pay app.
The features of the frank green Pay app include:
• See your balance and manage your facility
• Instantly lock, unlock and if needed delete your “Tap to Pay” product from within the app
• Set an automatic top-up of your facility so you never run out of funds
• Added security access with password to unlock the app each time you use it
• Load funds instantly so you can get that coffee fix straight away
• Receive notifications for each transaction and rewards received
• Easily view your transaction history
• Search for frank green rewards merchants in your area
• View and monitor rewards received
• Connect your “Tap to Pay” cup or bottle to the frank green Pay app by scanning the QR code in the base of the product with our app on your mobile device
To use the frank green Pay app you will need to live in Australia, have a “Tap to Pay” product by frank green and a late model mobile phone.

2 ★ Its a very cool idea but when i pay it says my pin is incorrect despite never having one in the first place. Might take some work to fix
1 ★ Trying to load funds in the coffee mug I purchased and before I can proceed it requires Name, Address, DOB and the whole shebang (completely unacceptable) uninstalling the app and returning the mug.

4 ★ App and cup works flawlessly until it comes time to reload. For some reason, there's no clear way to swap from one bank card to another, which means I can't re-load money into the cup. I've messaged CS multiple times with no response
4 ★ Did everything it was supposed to and fairly easy to use, while the app made it clear there was a 3% loading charge I don't recall that being mentioned when I was ordering the cup in the first place.
1 ★ Didn't connect to the internet, despite other apps and browsers working fine. Tried on wifi and mobile data.
5 ★ So cool, worked flawlessly!
1 ★ There is no QR code on the cup. None of the cafes near me use this cup unfortunately.
2 ★ The app works but it is annoying that the balance is incorrect unless I go into transaction history first then the balance will refresh. Also why so I have to log in every time?
