1 ★ This app or customer service is missleading, their fees are too high. This has to stop. If there's a way to have legal demand. I think we should do it! I booked a flight that I found for a better price than others, but it was still high. I picked a date. I also had hard time at the time of paying, when I finally did, they email me the confirmation and had my son on the airport on time. But when he double check he found out that the date was changed!

1 ★ I booked a $1200 flight with cheapoair but had to cancel because I wasn't able to get a visa, they wanted to charge me $700 just for cancellation. so many hidden fees and penalties, you have no idea. I called three times, they transferred me from one agent to another 7 times and I stuck with it for almost 2 hours on the phone refusing to pay that much. At the end, I just told them I will contact my bank to deal with yall, and guess what, they only charged me the $250 cancellation fee. Thank God.

4 ★ I picked Oair because it was the cheapest when compared to Expedia and Priceline. Now I know that it looks that way because they don't start calling you until after you made a reservation. My phone was non stop ringing, I was so confused as to why they had to call so many times. First it was to confirm my reservations, then it was to charge me for extra things like insurance and to pick my seats. Once I explained that my seats were supposed to be free the lady did accommodate.

1 ★ In a single trip, a plane crashed on the runway, so I needed to rebook. The flight before ours was delayed on take off and my connection was missed and required another rebook. Costing me a total of $8500. I paid for flight insurance and travel insurance and was told that it wasn't their fault. All 3 airlines said the same thing and blamed each other. Leaving me broke. I would never recommend this service and am willing to pay a little extra for assurances that I won't be charged 3x the price.

2 ★ Don't use this app. This company doesn't honor the prices you see on hotels and car rentals. Every hotel and car rental I booked was followed up by a call from a rep stating that the price that the hotel I picked had changed and that I had to rebook the hotel again at a different price a much higher price. This is within 2 to 5 min after being charged. So not only have you paid once but in order for the correction to be processed (which will be WAY more) you would have to be willing to be charged again and wait for the first charge to be refunded to you and that could take anywhere from 7 to 14 days. DO NOT BELIEVE THE REP IF THEY SAY A REFUND WILL BE REWARDED WITHIN 24HR. This company also does not stand by the policies they post and will leave you left with nothing. Especially for car rentals.

2 ★ 1. The view your trips option doesn't show your trips all the time. On mom's account, it was instant and easy. Seemed to be a great feature. However my account, even after receiving my booking confirmation- nothing. The app keeps suggesting to book a trip that searched and already purchased. 2. There is no option on the app to search for your booking number, 3. The chat now option doesn't work. You need to call. 4.The points for the card and app use does not actually show up. It's 1 week+.

1 ★ App is confusing and switched dates up on me. Chat didn't help at all so I had to call. Said I wasn't able to switch it back after booking without paying double what the flight was and unable to cancel. Was able to switch it with the airlines directly for much less. I used to love booking through cheapoair online but now the app has just made me never want to use it again

5 ★ I've been using this app for a couple years now and I am very pleased with it. It's easy to use and navigate your way around. Even if you have to talk with them on the phone, they have always been incredibly helpful! I even had to cancel my last trip only 3 days before! Fortunately, they suggested I buy the package to protect my scheduled flights. They gave me vouchers for the flights and never even charged me the nominal penalty fees!! I was very grateful!

1 ★ First time user. Big mistake. My flight was canceled and cheapoair sent me an email 35 minutes after my flight was scheduled to take off. They will try anything ( hang up on you, ignore you on the assistant chat, disconnect your phone calls, and when they finally talk give all kinds of excuses) to not refund your money even if you paid the extra insurance cancelation fee amount. Bad experience through and through

1 ★ Major fail. The flight that CheapO booked me for was canceled, but I was never notified. I wasted so much time driving to the airport, scrambling to figure out what was wrong, and rebooking the flight. Not only did they mess up my plans, but also the plans of those that I was planning to visit. Their customer service is only open for a limited number of hours, and when finally reached, they provided horrible service. No apologies were ever offered. Use extreme caution if you use CheapOAir.

1 ★ App wont work correctly. Keeps asking me to log in on every screen or asks me to download the app when I already have it. It will tell me the general outline of my booked flights -Date and location and thats it. No other info at all. It keeps going to the screen for me to book a flight. I had hoped it would make it easier to check in but I dont see any use at all for this app.

1 ★ It's been 40 days since I cancelled my flight and booked this other flight. But, I haven't got my return. When I called them they told me it can take up to 60 days or even more to return my money. This is completely unacceptable. I agree that they have mentioned that on the app that refund may take up to 2 billing cycles. Update : I contacted them after 2 billing cycles. And now they are telling me that 2 billing cycles is not 60 days but 60 working days. They are simply frauds.

1 ★ CheapOair cheated me out of $8000+ in trip to the Philippines. 3x I had flights canceled, 3x they refused a refund. All 3 times delays and cancelations were not out of my control. My original flight plan I paid for flight insurance and travel insurance. Their prices were good, but, they will not abide by their own contract to their customers. I have traveler to 22 countries, 2 USA territories, and across the United States 7 times and never had a single travel issue.

1 ★ Horrible horrible... Booking a flight but no where do they clearly show if at all that your booked flight can not be refunded.... Even when you purchase travel insurance... With the travel insurance you have to go through 300 hoops.... The website is scammy... Thr app is a more convenient way to scam... I have purchased tickets before cheaper ones and cancelling and changing was never a problem..... About this app and website.... "sorry for the inconvenience is what they will say.... Bs"

4 ★ Easy to set up, easy to use app for the lowest prices I have found on any similar site. Update - the app will offer alternate dates without clearly indicating that it has substituted a date. Then you show up at the airport on the wrong day. It needs to be made much more clear that it is steering you to completely different dates 😣
