Description
• Send convenient remote commands – Lock, unlock, and start your vehicle using complimentary remote vehicle controls (1) – when equipped with FordPass® Connect (2)
• Electric vehicle ownership support – Monitor charging progress and use Departure Times to pre-condition your battery and cabin (3)
• FordPass feature availability varies by vehicle and country. Images shown for illustrative purposes only
(1) Remote lock/unlock requires power door locks. Remote starting requires automatic transmission.
(2) FordPass Connect (optional on select vehicles), the FordPass App and complimentary Connected Service are required for remote features (see FordPass Terms for details). Connected service and features depend on compatible network availability. Evolving technology/cellular networks/vehicle capability may limit functionality and prevent operation of connected features. Connected service excludes Wi-Fi hotspot.
(3) Effectiveness of cabin conditioning may be reduced by extreme outside temperatures.

3 ★ Generally good app, but very annoying when it tells you 2 days later that doors or tailgate have been opened, just tonight shockingly had 111 yes 111 notifications of doors and tailgate opening, when id not even been out in the car, resorted in me checking my neighbour's cctv just to make sure nothing had happened without me knowing. Notifications need to be instant at all times, not days later!
1 ★ Securialert is a great idea but notifications can be delayed by hours so I never know if my doors have been opened by someone else or not. I've had to check the car many times for no reason. The scheduler also does not work and I get notifications regardless of the set schedule.
1 ★ Misses journeys and or parts of journeys. Frequently shows turning corners too fast, many times while I am on a straight road ,and even on a motorway.When I am returning home and I get to my village,there are 2 left turns and 3 right, all are 90 degree corners,I purposely take them all on tick over as slow as possible,without actually stopping,it still tells me I am cornering too fast. Review is as bad as app.Not enough words left to tell all problems.TIME TO FIX THIS APP FORD.😡
3 ★ Hit and miss with this app!!! The security alerts me everytime a door is opened but yes I can turn it off BUT I get notifications all the time saying that a door is unlocked when it isn't. Before this the app couldn't tell us properly about the oil life. Get the issues resolved and itll be great!!
1 ★ In the last week I'm continuously receiving notifications telling me various doors have been opened when the car is locked and sitting outside my house. Up to that point it was very accurate, but if I can't rely on the accuracy of the notifications them there's little point in having the feature turned on
1 ★ Fix the Securialert now, it gives false alerts!!! It made me run twice from my work, to check the car, because it said the doors were opened! This is not acceptable and a very serious harassment. I deactivated this feature but it reactivates of it's own! I just got another alert and my car is locked inside my private parking! It works as an annoying history of whenever you opened any door and sends them all together later.
1 ★ Doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy note 20+ ultra please update you app, no help from this app to resolve this problem very bad app,AVIOD don't waste your time,I've even been in to ford dealership they cannot connect it and its not my phone,unless you have a iPhone it won't connect to Samsung's phones
1 ★ Had to turn guard mode messaging off...prompting everytime i opened car with my own keys as a possible intruder alert. Now down the line app won't open (not for first time).message says oh no we lost you. Check Internet connection. Had nowt but trouble with this app. It is total rubbish!
2 ★ App is generally okay with cool features, but the latest update has given me unreliable securialerts, doesn't follow the set schedule, and gives false alerts which has caused a bit of stress today. I'll be turning much of it off until it's fixed
1 ★ Was good, now unbelievably dire. A recent change to the app ( Guard Mode changed to Securialert) and now it's giving notifications all day long that a door / tailgate has been opened. In one 90 minute period I had over 100 alerts pushed out by the app.
3 ★ The new securialert is good, but is it possible to have the option instead of time based to have it "connection" based? What I mean is when your phone is connected to the car disable securialert until after you disconnect.
2 ★ Great WHEN it works, continually freezes, circle of blue death appears, idea is great but..........., have paid good money for my ford wildtrak, this app is a total disaster. Ford you need to do something or scrap the idea, as just look at all the bad reviews
4 ★ Not bad. Does get stuck a lot and requires closing and re-opening. Would like to see the battery charge log tell you how many kwhs of charge you got rather than just % charge. Would make it easier to work out costs.
2 ★ Could be a lot better if everything worked. Doesn't always connect to the car. Journeys are only recorded about 40% of the time. Even then sometimes shows up as straight lines on the map.
1 ★ Stopped working after last update. You have to accept cookies when you start the app but it just says there was an error and try later...constantly. can no longer use the app.
