1 ★ Love the pizza, app sucks. Tried to customize an item and got a message that I need to select a null item before I can customize the item. I onow enough about coding to know that's a coding error. I had similar experience last year when I tried to use app. Uninstalled it then and used web site to order. I'll do the same this time.

1 ★ This app is confusing to use and the orders kept getting mixed up, would not let me choose what I wanted to. Also almost charged me more money because it added something as soon as I was about to check out. Overall, I wouldn't use this app.

2 ★ App does not reflect a busy location. Says pick-up in 15 minutes. Get to the store 15 minutes later, and get told food won't be ready for another 20 minutes.

2 ★ Good food but the app sucks i tried to order from it and put in two diffrent cell phone numbers and it said both had been invalid so that order never happened so i would look in to fixing your app because you lost a order and i'm pretty sure i am not the only one who has had a issues while trying to order i will try again some time but for now i am not going to bother

2 ★ The app says the store is closed and can take future orders. You actually have to call and place your order. This is happening more often. Bothersome since the workers have been rude in the past.

3 ★ love your products. However, the application is not counterintuitive, you should get yourself a new application developer paired with a focus group.

3 ★ The food is good, but the app needs maintenance. The payment popup thingy is too small, the GPS doesn't work on the tracker, and it seems that it doesn't update, so you just don't know when your food is on it's way. Which is the whole point of a tracker, right?

1 ★ Large horizontal white bars prevent seeing the app. And, you can't just sign into the website, have to enter your address first. Oh well, guess Marco's doesn't want my money. Pizza is not too bad... if their tech works for you.

2 ★ They really need to pay for a UX person. Not intuitive, I design software and I struggled to figure out navigation. Total PITA to use.

1 ★ I love marcos but their website wont work and the app doesnt either. This has happened before. I have to order papas cause im not a phone person plus i need coupons. Why are you ignoring these reviews, get the issues fixed!!

2 ★ No online payments. Tracking an order is bugged (bad request error). This app and this business needs some updating.

1 ★ The reorder stopped working. Also I can no longer change the size of the pizza. The app is now useless. Fix it

4 ★ Ordering is easy, but it won't let you track your order as of the latest update. It just shows a bunch of code.

2 ★ Website pushes for app use by dangling coupon code. Used app placed order (still wouldn't take the coupon). Then it disappeared leaving me unsure if my order went through or not.

1 ★ When it worke os great. Marcos. Com and the app needs better service its always slow in the evenings or no connection
