1 ★ Finally got the updated app! It has so many problems, now when I open it, it just spins like it's trying to upload! I have rebooted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and cleared everything out of recent search history and nothing is working! When you update your app, you should make sure you have fixed the bugs first! Very frustrating and ready to take my business elsewhere!
5 ★ I originally gave 5 stars, but I had to take 1 away because I don't like the "past purchases" feature. You used to be able to see transaction history, where you can see exactly what you bought & how much you paid & saved. That was great for those of us who lose receipts easily lol. Now it just shows pictures of items you bought in the past, and not in any particular order. That's the only thing I'm not too fond of. Edit 03Oct23: back to 5 stars. The past purchases history is back! Thank you!!
1 ★ Worst store app I've ever tried to use. When it works, (signing in is hit or miss) it's nearly impossible to find anything. Want yo find your past purchase receipts? Good luck. Looking for a product? Maybe it's there, maybe it's not. Sometimes there are pictures, sometimes not. And a LOT of products added to your list wind up in the "don't know where it is" category. Last update kicked me off I had to log in again, it wanted me to reset password, but the link it sends to reset doesn't work!
1 ★ Clipping coupons no longer works properly. I clipped 38 on my S20 and jumped to another app and came back. It showed 0 clipped coupons. I clipped 38 again. The icon at the bottom showed 38. I clicked on it to see the clipped coupons. It said I clipped 10 and only 10 showed. I clipped 25 and clicked on the icon again. Only 12 were listed. I tried clipping more. I could never get more than 12 to appear. Tried an iPhone. Same issue. Coupons worked at checkout so visual rep. in app is wrong.
5 ★ The app had a few issues for a while but it seems things have greatly improved. I'm now getting my rewards which is great. One feature that would be nice is when you get an email telling you about your reward when you click on it, it would take you to the app without having to sign into the app again. But otherwise, it has vastly improved.
1 ★ This app straight up does not work. Have spent an hour trying to make a grocery order and this app is about to give me an anxiety attack. 10 minutes worth of loading and "an error occoured" to get one item in my cart. Nothing about this is easy or convenient. Getting three kids dressed and out of the house actually going shopping would be less stressful and time consuming.
1 ★ The worst app I've ever used. I only can get logged in maybe one time, I'll clip all my coupons then go to log back in again and everything is gone and keep getting a message my card/account can't be link or found. Idk what is up with this app and website but they definitely need to fix it. I'm sure they have lots of unhappy customers not being able to save they could be during this trying time we live in. Time to start shopping elsewhere, if they can't get it working correctly!
1 ★ Not user friendly or convenient. The application is very frustrating. I normally have to go through a browser to process an order. I finally decided that after I write this review that I will just stick with Walmart for my grocery orders and delete this application. The updates do not help. Too much technology is available for any app to have so many problems.
3 ★ I wish there was a way to shop and add the items you want into the cart and then decide on picking up or going there. It makes me decide as soon as I open the app and then I have a hard time getting things to add to my list. I also wish that the store apps that have the loyalty programs would show you the loyalty stuff and offers
5 ★ Update: App has been fixed and is working properly now. [Update: The app works fine, but if I click on a notification, it fails to open the app and goes to my home screen.] The new app is a major improvement. Unit pricing, no undecipherable abbreviated product names, scannable MVP card on home page.
1 ★ When opening app was prompted to update now. Attempted to update but was unable to. Unable to update or use app. For over a week I have been unable to clip coupons. Keep receiving the message - unable to clip. Try again. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. No fix. August 23
1 ★ It kicks you out when you try to shop, pay for your cart, schedule a delivery, and when you try to confirm replacements. Just now it cleared my entire shopping history and now I can't even edit the replacements! Im allergic to over half the replacements that the app suggests. It also adjusted the amount I wanted to tip. I hate this app. I'm going to start using Walmart. At least they have tested and fixed most of the bugs.
3 ★ Decent app, helpful for finding which aisle food is in or looking up what options are available. I use the digital MVP rewards card instead of a physical one, but the tab for it always spends awhile loading. It wouldn't be a problem if the loading icon wasn't in front of the barcode, which interferes with scanning it. I appreciate that I can add the card to my Google wallet though, which works perfectly. I've taken to using that instead of the one on the Shop & Earn tab.
1 ★ I would leave zero stars if I could. Since updating, this app is buggier than it was to begin with, coupons don't load to your card like they should, and they took away the option to view your transaction history so you can't access your receipts virtually anymore. So if you lose your physical receipt you're just SOL. I don't even know what the point is of keeping this app anymore, it is hot garbage.
5 ★ Thankyou for the bug fix. Back to normal. Excellent app! Love that I can hit the Store Ad and the Store Paper comes up and not the list. Don't like the list. There was an issue with the coupons, you'd click/add to card and return you to the top, but that has been corrected. Now you click and your returned to where you left off. Keep up the great work!
