Description
Snap Pad is a scratch pad app which can be opened by simple touch.
1. Intro
We usually think things that are between these two.
1) Too important that must be made to memo and will be read again
2) Not important as doodlings
So then where do you put your moderately important, temporary thinkings?
If you want to organize your thoughts or want to write down sparkling ideas quickly, then simply use Snap Pad.
- A scratch pad comes out when you drag the snap region.
You don't need to save, open, rename things.
- You can open it while using other apps.
Even when you are playing games or browsing the web, you can open and expand the size as you wish.
2. Features
- It supports Samsung Galaxy Note S-Pen.
Stroke thinkness will change as pressure changes if you use S-Pen.
- Your contents will be preserved.
It will remain as it was even you quit the app unless you use eraser.
3. Etc
- More pen and eraser options will come out when you press again or long press selected buttons. (Pen selection, Erase all, etc..)
- Pen and eraser mode changes in turn when you press S-Pen button on hovering
- You can configure background color and opacity values.
- Snap pad will be collapsed when you double tap the black size control bar.
- Orange box will be hidden when you use other apps. Of course Snap Pad will work continually.
- The difference between full version and free version is only the ads.
If you don't like ads or you would like to donate, please buy the full version.
- FlyingBus Studio's another app Snap Desk is available.
Snap Pad and Snap Desk are similar but main targets are different.
If you want to write memo quickly for idea sketch or doodling, use Snap Pad. Or if you want to write several memo and manage them, use Snap Desk.
Both are from same developer, and both will be updated continually.

5 ★ Loved this app on my Note 4 for years then it had problEMS prolly from an update. Upgraded to Note 8 and still love it but some problems now: several times the close tab went away and had to reset phone since it went as a normal window. Also, the no-touch icon doesn't work right. It either allows everything or nothing. Although I have no design wishes a few comments here sound like good enhancement with ruining its simplicity: sometimes need more room, maybe scrolling down or sliding to addition pages. Typing mode, sometimes no time to get out that pen! It could just be one or the other, no mixing. Also today got an s-note popup when I pulled the pen that had a write on screen function, close to the behavior of snap-pad. I don't plan to use it but really liked the scribble noise it made , so realistic I thought it was real at first. It has a huge impact psychologically on the pencil on paper realism, a lot more than you would think. Must have shown up with Oreo.

5 ★ This is so useful! I use it all the time. With just a swipe, it's a notepad at your finger tips. And when it's filled up with useful information that I've written, I just take a snap shot - picture of it, so I don't lose it. Then I erase and start with a clean page. Thank you dev! 5 ★ This is not only one of my favorite apps its also one of the most useful and utilized. I initially thought the concept was unique and cool, but it turns out it's really a brilliant little app! It never falters and it's always hanging out on the side until I need it! I have a Galaxy Note 2, so I do have the S-Note program and while that is also very useful-Snap pad can be made opaque which makes it more convenient for me. I use it a lot when playing certain games. Don't know how I've ever lived without it!
5 ★ Awesome app, what you need for the galaxy note 2... Just make a simple note or doodle on the fly. Really really good. Some slight lag but hopefully will be sorted soon.. Thumbs up to the devs
4 ★ It's a great concept, and it does what it should, but it has a few issues. First, opening and closing is very jittery. On a Note 2, it should be able to slide smoothly, but it doesn't. You have to open it very slowly or it gets stuck halfway. Secondly, it doesn't always close all the way when double tapping or pressing X. It will look like it's closed, but when you rotate to landscape it will sometimes visible again on the left side. I've noticed this most when in YouTube. Third is a feature request, could an option be made to ignore fingers and only accept pen input?
5 ★ Someone with short term memory loss can use Snap Pad. Daily I use it to transfer notes from one app to another. One of my most used apps. Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
