1 ★ At first it was good I thought. . Until I wanted to move money to buy a gift card. My account needed to be verified which is normal. But no matter what I couldn't get a clear photo of my ID and everytime it did say it passed it would reject it again. They said try on a different device . . But I noticed that the app needed to be updated so I updated it then my account was locked and it charged me almost $40 for something they said I didn't pay for . . never unlocked my account. Wth

1 ★ I wanted to love this so bad..cust service is amazing but I've been stuck on limited funding forever now even though every card I bought in the past has gone through smooth less. So I kept checking but nope still stuck on 0 spending power. Dunno if any other apps exist like this but guess I'm looking now. Only answer I get is building trust but how do I build trust if I can't even purchase a card. .

3 ★ I downloaded the app everything was working until I set-up the form of payment I tried multiple times to add it but still isn't working

5 ★ neat little app. easy to set up and use.

1 ★ BEWARE - Some gift cards are not valid and multiple attempts to resolve the issue have been futile. Phone calls, chat, WhatsApp, email give the same result, long delays in replies or no response at all. Great WHEN it works, money down the drain when it doesn't.
