Description
As you type, Dictionary homes in on the word you are looking for. Then you can follow the links in the definition page to get more word definitions. Wildcard characters can be used to help with word games like crosswords and scrabble where only some of the letters are known, or you have to find an anagram, or with spelling. Definitions include synonyms and antonyms which allows the dictionary to also serve as a thesaurus. The speech function helps provide the correct pronunciation.

5 ★ Okay I don't review alot, but this one is special. Dictionary of windows was just great. This one is the closest so far, great work guys, but if you guys could take care of animation, I want that windows animation. 2.umm speech accent. Even if you guys don't wanna do it , it's fine because still it's great
5 ★ I had been used since 2014 in Microsoft Lumina 435. Now I found this app in android playstore. Best dictionary. No add. Offline use.
5 ★ It's like a throwback to the times when I was admired by the simplicity of this dictionary app in Windows Mobile environment. So clean and crisp. It used to be my go-to dictionary when I was using Windows phones. Thanks for making it available on Android.
5 ★ It's good to see this app is now available in Android. Back in 2016 when I came to Android 1st I searched for this app but unfortunately it wasn't there then. Now it's available for both PC & Android. ☺️

5 ★ This is my favourite dictionary in the world. Originally available only on Windows Phone, finally ported to Android (2019). The UI is a bit glitchy and it isn't as pixel-perfect as the original, but the way this dictionary defines meaning & lists bespoke synonyms for each word is, in my book, unparalleled. I suggest using the dark theme & reducing the font size in settings. Note that this is just a beta version. The font colour in the word grid should contrast with the background more.
2 ★ Finally you are coming to android. Iam aslo fan of this dictionary app. It's lot of difference than when windows OS app we will hope you, it's getting improve slightly.
5 ★ I used to have this app on my old Windows Phone and it was one of my favourite apps. When I switched to Android, I really missed this app. There are of course other dictionary apps here but none compares to this app. I understand this app is still in beta stage so there is a lot to improve to match up to the windows app. Good luck devs for your future endeavours ✌🏻
4 ★ I liked this after just a minute's use. Its GUI is very beautiful. It contains large repository of words.
5 ★ I first discovered this app on my Windows Phone. When I got this to use with WhatsApp no longer being available therein, I was ready to hold on to the Windows Phone just to still have it (that's how much I love this App). Can't describe the joy I felt finding it's available for Android. Changed the settings to look like it was on my Windows Phone though. 🙈
5 ★ Only thing I didn't like is the numbering style which is consecutively stated in the same paragraph. Create a different line for different meanings number wise.
5 ★ The best windows phone apps are finally coming to android. I really loved this app on my windows phone. But when opening the app it stutters a little, the animation is not smooth when starting the app. This app used to feel super smooth on my Lumia 520. The anagrams, wildcard characters and the regular expression features are really helpful. Also, if search is shifted to the bottom, it'll add to an even better experience as phones are getting longer these days.
5 ★ i have used it on windows. it's one of the best dictionary app I've ever used. I had stopped using windows long back. and I didn't even remember that I wrote a feedback to developers to make its android version. And then I received a mail that its now available on android. Thank you developers.
5 ★ I missed using this application back in my Windows Phone. This brings back a lot of memories and this app helped me a lot before. Of course as a Beta application, there is still room for a lot of optimizations especially regarding layout. Still good luck and I hope this application will serve its purpose.
