لما كانت الحياة الوظيفية منذ بدايتها وحتى نهايتها ينظم شئونها القانون. ولما كان تطبيق القانون بشكل صحيح يستلزم من القائمين على تطبيقه وتنفيذه وعياً باحكامه وإلماما بها ، كان لزاما علينا ان نلقى الضوء عاى احكام قانون الخدمة المدنية رقم 81 لسنة 2016 ولائحته التنفيذية بشكل مبسط

Since applying the law correctly requires those responsible for its application and implementation to be aware of and familiar with its provisions, it was necessary for us to shed light on the provisions of Civil Service Law No. 81 of 2016 and its executive regulations in a simplified way, an explanation that removes ambiguity and makes it easier for human resources workers to apply its provisions correctly that goes beyond the rigidity of the text.
