3 ★ App is getting there, each update fixes a small issue but always exposes 2 more.
1 ★ They cant take locksmith calls by phone, they cant take locksmith chat sessions by computer. Each time they tell you download the app... so i do, install and then... the app does not give you access to locksmith. Can't get no help thru your phone b/c have gone home. Good thing their techs are better at fixing water heaters than they are working on websites.

2 ★ Doesn't let me take a picture without crashing the app and making me start all over again. Not sure why it doesn't simply allow me to upload an existing picture, seems like a simple feature. It took three tries to get through the process, then it gives a warning about not having a credit card on file, but then it shows the credit card that is on file???
1 ★ Awful service since Cinch bought them out. I had an open order that required a coil replacement on my HVAC system. I received a notification that the part came in weeks ago. They sent out a technician with no part and no knowledge of previous work. What are you all even doing?
2 ★ Latest update no longer retains login credentials. It seems to jump to the web to log you in. This is painful. Why not store and use biometrics
1 ★ Worst experience ever. I cannot think of a more awful company or platform. I can't stress how much I recommend choosing any other option.
1 ★ At first great. Now it keeps crashing. Can't change cc on the account. Can't order repair service either.
5 ★ We worked with James Dyer with Fixed and he did an amazing job. He was very polite and extremely professional. He explained everything to us and he made sure his visit was smooth and very comfortable for us. I will definitely recommend fixed to my friends and family.

1 ★ Ever since they buy out this company went from great to completely useless. Cant reach by phone, no longer able to chat and now the app no longer works. Impossible to get even simple issues resolved. Stay clear.
4 ★ It's not real clear how to navigate
1 ★ Can't book on the app! Keeps saying it can't verify the credit card. Agents aren't available to chat, even during business hours. Worthless app!
1 ★ Can't even log into the app because when I hit the login button, a pop up appears and says an updated version of the app is required before continuing. I click its update now button and it brings me back to the Play Store, where I was at a few minutes earlier to download it. Best part: I can't even log into Fixd using it's website because it tells me I have to verify my mobile number, but doesn't send me anything to verify it with. Absolutely infuriating.
2 ★ Love the idea, but several pieces aren't functioning. The worst is that the app will not let me cancel a job, and that's the only way to cancel the job. I just get error messages. I've had other small problems like the GPS my technician not working, but that isn't detrimental. Not being able to cancel can cost me money & someone else time. We've tried on 2 different phones to no avail. The app also says I have an unpaid invoice, but, when I go to view the details, it says balance $0. Confusing.
