Ready311 3.4.760 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

1 ★ You have to give app permission to too much on your phone. Not worth the hassle of the app always turning wifi and other things on when not in a wifi area. Deleted.
1 ★ I have no way of knowing or following up on service requests sent to the city. No tracking number for the city, an app tracking number not useful to me. Also app dev didn't respond to my questions.
3 ★ I am currently evaluating this app for potential municipal use. So far the application looks pretty good I am looking at a couple of minor problems which I will report back to the municipality.
