4 ★ ***updated review*** For now I will give 4 stars, since didn't look into it in depth, but it is WAY BETTER than before, for a period the APP keeps give me blank screen , not saved vendors don't show points that I have etc,etc basically not working ( used to be ok and they tweak it to a junk) Now they fix it, Great Job Will update later after usage
1 ★ Trash they basically rob you of your money i purchased 2 vape and they give you 24 hours to return a defected one I came back with a vape 28 hours later and they would not take back i left the receipt and vape on the counter i spend way to much money here to be treated like that and the sad thing is I called b4 I came in i waisted gas and time and energy after they told me too come after I had talked to the guy at the desk smfh
1 ★ I am unable to "save" discounts. I've tried several times. I was told by business that it may need wifi, not mobile, to save. Nothing works. I have tried to contact Fivestars by email and that also doesn't work. I'm leaving this review hoping for a response. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no success. Being unable to contact support for this app is also frustrating. Why have % off advertisements if they can't be saved/used. Very disappointed with this app.
2 ★ Used to be good, and now none of the offers can be added. They would send you notifications about some deals to lure you in but then won't let you add any offers. I do hope they fix it since this app definitely gives businesses good PR and incentives for visits.
