4 ★ Everything was working good, until I tried to withdraw my money. When I try to verify it says Attempts limit reached try again after 24 hrs. I've heard some people having this issue and this did not change even after 24hrs. Fiverr team please sort this bug out. We are working so hard and please don't make our lives living hell
3 ★ Theres a massive delay for notifications on the app vs desktop web browsing. The desktop web has delays too but its far worse on the app. Sometimes I wouldnt get notifications until an hour after I get the actual message. I have since resorted to a third party Chrome ext to get live notifications. Devs please fix this... 3 stars for now... 5 stars when fixed. This delay hurts our metrics. Help!
5 ★ They made an amazing website, better than anything I could’ve done. It looks really premium, plus it didn’t take long. It’s a great price, I’d hire them again if I ever needed. They made a great Shopify drop shipping store.
1 ★ As a buyer, the app works fine. As a seller, you can hardly do anything with it. You can't change your profile information, you can't update gig details, the only thing the app does for sellers is allow ypu to read and send messages to potential buyers. App REALLY needs a rework to cater to sellers more. It is very frustrating to not be able to make changes to my gigs and profile.
3 ★ It is indeed a great app to kick start your earning but I would have rated it 5 only if they had cut the percentage off from the amount of the order and not the tip. TIPS ARE GIVEN FROM A BUYER TO THE SELLER FOR THEIR EXTRA ORDINARY SERVICES, AND NOT TO FIVERR. I understand that they have to earn through their provided platform but earning through the amount set for a gig is fairly enough but to cut it through a seller's tips is plain UNFAIR, they need to understand what the tips are for.
5 ★ Very easy app to use. Recommend to the developers to take a look at the chat function though. Seems chat history was kept in two different places for the same person and couldn't always find my way back to the right thread. But this app definitely makes the service functional and easy!
1 ★ I have the worst experience of using this platform for freelancing. Fiverr only gives edge to the buyers and sellers suffer a lot by using this platform. Fiverr policy is one sided. After receiving the delivery, buyer can easily cancel the order through the support of customer care, sellers are completely at loss.
3 ★ It has tremendous potential. HOWEVER, they need to do way more to protect reviewers, which in turn protects buyers. Often, I've either been ripped off with a useless project (ex. copy and pasted everything from a known website, can't access, unusable quality). Since they can review, the buyers in fear, rate them 5-stars and they continue wasting people's money. Make 2 categories, positive notes that are visible and critical notes that are anonymous and in random order on their page AND make it b
5 ★ I wrote this suggestion already but not sure if it reached the right people. Kindly make sure to display the date as a Fiverr subscriber differently in the profile, if a member opened a Buyer or Seller account in different months/years. I have been a Fiverr Buyer for over 2 years but just created my Seller account a few days ago. To potential clients, my profile shows that I have been a Fiverr member since 2019 with NO SALES/NO REVIEWS yet. This is extremely damaging to my efforts as a Seller.

And that is notification, when buyer send us a message the app didn't show any notification on phone and that is the reason, we lost few clients by texting back them lately. We would appreciate if the developers fixed the problem. Thank you!

I don't getting notifications now... please update update My response rate got heavy bad due to this notification delay. i have to wake up the phone for get notifications all the time. you have to fix this issue very soon.,.......... ...... Documents ( buyer requirement doc) and any thing under download doesn't working. Error message showing ...DOWNLOADING FAILED... Update It's working great now
1 ★ I have now tried 3 times to get this app to work for me and I continuously have troubles. Switching from buyer to seller (very difficult, ended up having to do it on the desktop website and it doesn't seem to save? Keeps changing back). Additionally, I can't post my gigs. It gets stuck halfway through the process randomly and doesn't tell me what it needs to continue with the process even though I've filled everything out. Fiverr, help please???
2 ★ Have noticed that having gone through the artist section, the watermark that fiverr offers looks like it severely lowers the quality. I get this is to prevent work being stolen but I find myself being put off most gigs because almost every image after the first looks like terrible quality and I cant tell if its the water mark, fiverrs upload quality or the quality of the artist. That's a major downside fiverr!
5 ★ After upgrading...I found that chat bubble is not working as it should be, when I click on chat bubble to reply to client it just gets minimised.,...also I have provided all permission but it seet there is bug....I can't download and view files it just ask for permission....even I grant the permission it just keep asking for permission ... please fix it 🙏🏻
1 ★ I've been trying to create a seller Profile for over a week now and I'm always stopped at the phone verification stage. Even when I'd put my number and I'm being sent the Verification code which I've inputed severally, it still says wrong verification code... sometimes it doesn't even show the green button which I'm meant to press Srly it's really frustrating
