5 ★ I love this app very much ... I use it everyday. Im starting to see some change and the voice also helps. It gives you different workouts for your problem areas. I also do the morning warmup and the night one before I sleep I forgot what its called but yeah it makes working out fun.

1 ★ It really is just constant ads, literally every time you push a button, which you have to do between every exercise (each of which takes less that 20 seconds). I had it downloaded for all of ten minutes before it bothered me too much and I uninstalled it
5 ★ This is the only workout app I could find that was completely free Im in love Ive only done a couple workouts so far, but they are challenging and increase in difficulty in small increments. The app also has a notification system to let you know its time to work out. Great app so far
