5 ★ This app is one of my favorite app eve, i have found the instructions of poses and movement are better with this app than what i've tried before. I do this every day. A nice and easy way to grasp the concept of yoga.
5 ★ I honestly think this app is amazing and great way to lose weight. It has everything the exercises and diet for both vegetarian and meat eaters. My personal advice is if you wana get fit stop wasting time and get this app great job fitness apps pro kudos.
1 ★ No voice support , doesn have a spind at all. And also to keep app active you need to put tour phones screen time out at 1 or 2 minute at least. If dont touch the screen during the exercice it is jist getting blank.
5 ★ I just finished the 1st workout routine and I loved💕 it. it was hard but I got through it. I m sweaty that means it works. it is just like having a personal trainer without spending money. 💓

1 ★ Really really bad app. Wayyyyy too many ads plus no decent voice or timing controls I literally did 3 exercises in a haste and I installed within 1 minute. Going to look for another better app.
4 ★ I give it 4stars for 2 reasons because -They doesnt have a reminder or a timer i mean to set s particular time to do yoga. -The background music just stops in middle of the yoga so i think the yoga is completed and if we see the time still 15 secs will be there.

3 ★ Its good. But this site keeps closing on me. I have noticed that my posture has changed and my disgestive system works much better. I also compared weight workout to Yoga and find Yoga a much more better workout fot me.
