Description
Target:24TM uses heart rate technology to guide each member through the most efficient workout, using their fit number (target heart rate). Each member is supplied with a heart rate monitor wrist band, which will automatically be displayed on a large screen TV. To complete this workout, the member will exercise for 1 minute at each station, followed by 30 seconds of rest, using their fit number to gauge their intensity level. Once the circuit is completed twice, the member has completed their Target:24 TM workout.
