NEW FEATURE: Connect with your Trainer.
We have been working hard to bring your trainers closer to you. You will now see an introduction from your personal trainer. You can request a training plan and also message your trainer.
NEW FEATURE: Exercise Builder.
We have rebuilt the trainer plan builder from the ground up. New categories, quicker search and all round improvements to help you build you plans quicker.
The app launches with online exercise plans with a view to releasing helps you to give clients the support they deserve, while online bookings, chat messaging and payments make it easier for clients to access your services and will be added in the coming updates.

1 ★ Awful. As others have said you can't change password etc. Hard to access. I had old version which was of no use so hoped this would have improved: it's advertised as letting me book gym classes etc which would be good but can't even access it as cannot recall or retrieve my password.
1 ★ Rubish app have to keep on reinstalling app !
3 ★ Basic gym app, allows me to book classes. The way the classes are laid out could be better so its clearer which day you're on rather than scrolling through a long list. Please consider separating the days in to different tabs so people have to swipe across to get to the next day.
2 ★ There is so much in this app that doesn't work. Adding Stats Adding a goal isn't very quantive and it doesn't let you add progress, only let's you change the goal. No idea how to add a training plan.
1 ★ Great at first, now not so much. I can't access at all. Email not recognised. Account apparently cancelled, not by me. So reinstalled app. Still no use. Makes pre booking classes impossible which in the current climate with covid is not helpful.
1 ★ Since last update have been unable to open app. Just crashes when i try. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but not helped. Disappointed as I can't see what classes are on and can't plan visits.
1 ★ This is hands down one of the worst app I've ever experienced. I wrote a review about all the things that don't work but decided to update it because I realized it was pointless. I can only assume gyms use it because it's cheap. Please, if you are a gym owner, make sure that this is your only option before choosing it. The experience for the users is terrible and not only it will reflect bad on you but you will also waste a lot of time trying to fix problems it causes.
1 ★ its not very user friendly, Would be good if you could connect to your watch etc to log workouts. It's very basic and just not very good. take a look at the DW Core app....
1 ★ I downloaded this on the advice of my gym. However, it doesn't do much and some of the functions don't seem to work at all. All very underwhelming... :-(
2 ★ Just download after switching from another gym which was cheaper & their app had tons more functionality..pretty poor cannot add stats & can only view classes for today & tomo. Trying to input stats but nothing to select from..Samsung galaxy note 9 user
1 ★ Unable to log in or reset password, says I have no internet, despite trying 4 difference places with WiFi, my own data roaming. Need to book a gym class but this terrible app won't let me
1 ★ requested training plan twice - haven't received anything. was excited to use this app as not really confident with training plan and I feel dissapointed. Also stat button doesn't work.

2 ★ Unable to leave bookings since new update. Error: member_classes.list.preventCancellation
1 ★ I was a member of one gym of which I left and joined another. Both use this app. I cannot log in to my new gym membership because its still being used in my old one. HELP PLEASE
