• Choose the right payment method for you and manage your payments
• Top up the credit on your account using a credit or debit card
• Keep your account details up to date
• You only need to enter your login details once with the ‘Remember me’ function

1 ★ Uninstalled and reinstalled but still won't open on my Hudl 2. Works well on my phone and used to work on the Hudl. Another try - several weeks later - and another fail. The developers of this app have not commentated and have obviously decided not to re-instate it's former usability. Poor show...
1 ★ I haven't been able to log in since downloading the app. "service is currently unavailable, please try again later". I've had the app almost 2 weeks. The only way for me to log on is via the log in tab via email.
1 ★ Every time I launch the app it freezes and I have to kill it. Truly atrocious. Obviously you guys don't want my energy readings then? Or my business, come to that... hmm, who to switch to...?
1 ★ tried to get a simple question answered, just kept going around the houses. automated response, not up to the task !
3 ★ I have started to use this app to give a meter read instead of doing it from your web site. The torch is necessary for me but I find the box with the number reading in far too small and I need to remove my glasses. Please can you make the box and the numbers larger. The keyboard number size is fine.
