FinancialForce Expenses v16.5 3.3 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to read or write the system settings.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

1 ★ I can use the Time app, but the Expenses app flashes open and imediately closes. I guess I won't get reimbursed.

2 ★ Does not work at all. Force closes constantly, won't even open after having it for a few months. Out of the blue, Just stopped working. Disappointed because my company uses financial Force as the primary time and expense application. Opened up tickets with no resolution. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times.
1 ★ I installed it on a Google Pixel and have been unable to open it...not even once. The load image will come on for 2 seconds and then the app will crash. The current average of 1.7 stars seems to be too high.
2 ★ Absolute nightmare, you can login but then a class immediately fails are you are booted out
