We remotely whitelist particular websites/services that allows users to bypass the internet censorship through Electron Proxy.

Electron Proxy 4.0 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

2 ★ server is not available!/ version 3.0 also is bad, it's connected but doesn't work nither Twitter nor telegram. Android 5 Samsung J700.
