2 ★ Fix it already, what are we paying you for??? Very laggy and sometimes non responsive. Needs option to sort by Reference number, not ID (serial) number. Should cache better than it does, this is poorly programmed.
1 ★ Please do not waste your time in downloading this app as its user interface is not good. After sending information to create a new fieldid account, I did not get any response email from them as to whether they were able to create the acount for me or any errors whatsoever. Just to use the app if you have to go through such pain, I would not want to use this app :-(
