When you feel in danger, are injured, or need help for any reason, simply tap the app on your phone to activate Home & Away Monitoring. Your phone's live video, audio and GPS is transmitted to our UL-Listed central monitoring station, where professional, US-Based agents are waiting to assist you. Your phone's screen will display live chat-style text messaging with the agent. The agent can then initiate a voice call with you, text you, or alert the proper authorities- depending on what the situation calls for. Home & Away can only be activated by you, so there is no risk to your privacy. Protect yourself, your family or your company wherever life may take you.
