1 ★ Ah, yet more examples of enshittification at its finest. First, they upped the amount of points you need in order to get anything worthwhile. Now they've introduced the same worthless spam other apps have, trying to entice you to download terrible games in order to get more points. "but u can earn even more points!!!" Yeah no. No thanks, hard pass.
2 ★ it seems harder to get points. The daily spin didn't give you much but better than downloading a game that takes up space and time. It takes more points to get anything decent. So I have just stuck with $10 cards because I will never get enough saved for the $25. Somebody the other day was so disappointed to see when they finally got enough points, it had went up and they needed 2000 more. A year of diligence for disappointment. I understand increase but it's twice as hard to get points.
2 ★ Updated: There used to be a game that you'd get to spin the wheel every 24hrs after scanning a receipt. That was fun even though I NEVER won big. I hate the new game thing. It takes way to much time and I don't want to download anything else. So frustrated and a bit disappointed now. I hope nothing else changes. It takes just a few minutes to upload receipts. so worth it. Been struggling with connecting to my Amazon account. But overall worth the time.
1 ★ Looks like I'm not the only one having issues with the e-receipts. It sure seems strange that it can pick up everything BUT the items that give higher points or your deals. Amazon constantly says it's disconnected, but it's not. Even the app says it's connected, but still, every time type the letters you see and still get nothing. Edit: Months later and it still picks and chooses when it acknowledges that you bought something that gives high points.
3 ★ I like this app but I do think racking up points gets hard sometimes. I'm almost to a $25 amount in points but ive been snapping receipts for a while now. I guess it'd be easier to look at what items will get you the most points, but you'd have to spend money to achieve that. I also think it takes too many points for a prize that's not really worth the trouble. For instance you need 27,000 points to reach a $25 gift card. Receipts get you 25 points each unless there is a qualifying item on it.
2 ★ Hate the change. I've used fetch for years and always enjoyed spinning for extra points and seeing the little characters. Now, they've changed to downloading some very invasive and spamming games to get points. I HATE that! I don't want those games on my phone. Bring back the bonus spins and keep your app a simple receipt scaning thing. God knows that enough of my info is available already without this!
1 ★ A waste of effort anymore. Have had and used this app for years now and for the last few months it's not even worth the time to scan anything. Used to get bonus points for being in "clubs" and one of the primary things was for mountain dew products. Now after a $400 trip to the grocery store I'm still only getting 25 points for a scanned receipt. That's happened the last few times going to the grocery store so 25 points at a time is not even worth having the app.
2 ★ Was very content with it and was using it to get the extra points from the spins to help with Christmas gifts since we live on a very fixed income. But then you took the spin away and that cut way back on points . I've had others to tell me they aren't nearly as happy with the way it has been changed. I can and do as games I actually like and I don't like this new set up.
2 ★ Was a fun app. I changed my normal product brands looking for the extra points. Then 2 MONTHS AGO, I had to change my phone number!! As a result, I lost all my points and had to start over. TRYING TO COMMUNICATE BY E-MAIL IS A JOKE. Try explaining your situation to a pre programed computer. So now that I've stated my case in every method I know. My enjoyable experience has failed to keep my enthusiasm to shop for select items. I just shop again. 2 stars, glimmer of hope is failing.
1 ★ I've had this app for months and recently they upgraded. This so-called upgrade forces you to install games on your device so you can earn extra points. In the past, there was a roulette wheel thing that would get you extra points once every 24 hours. That's gone now. This is a terrible upgrade. If it keeps up I will uninstall the app. Only earning 25 points per receipt was something I could live with since there was a way to get extra points randomly but this is bologna.
2 ★ It used to be a great app but these new changes are becoming annoying. They removed the daily wheel and replaced it with having to play games which some of us either dont have space or time and to top it off the points required for getting gift cards has gone up. I'm just waiting to see if I'll be able to get a gift card if the points required keep going up I just won't bother anymore and delete the app.
3 ★ I have been using this app for just about a year now and over the year. I have accumulated just above a hundred thousand points. It can be challenging at times but I figured it's an extra bonus and I utilize it pretty regularly. I liked when you could still receive 5 points for expired receipts. And I liked when you had a daily spinbonus versus playing the game.
3 ★ Taking away the daily spin was prob one of the worst things you could have done for this app. Many people like myself used the app daily just because the spin was fun and rewarding. If you guys think that most adults have time to play games on their phone you are sorely mistaken. Still one of the best reciept reward apps out there, even though it is sometimes difficult claiming the points that you earn since a lot of times you need to email support to get your points.
2 ★ This app seems to be giving more errors. .......ooops something went wrong... for no reason I see. Update..... more and more updates and its slower and slower. this app keeps saying poor connection yet I have 4 bars. It is getting to where it's not worth the time it wastes of mine. Plus they raised the number of points to get rewarded. This app is only going downhill. I won't be here much longer. I'm reducing my 3 stars to a 2 and might come back and change it to one.
2 ★ Works fine, but why did you take away the daily spin? No one wants to download games that they don't care about and waste their storage and battery life to earn points. If they did, they would download one of those apps instead of a RECEIPT app. Also misses items frequently; I've had to correct at least half of the ones I've uploaded this month. But the gift cards work, so there's that at least. Edit: just saw points per GC has increased too. WAY too many points needed now.
