5 ★ Having an app that could do my swms forms and see and record all my job data is a game changer! Would recommend to anyone in a trades business!
1 ★ As of writing this review the app is unusable for actual use. When writing a description on a job entry i can only get to about a paragraph before the app freezes and crashes. When pressing on a photo for a job it goes black as if loading and then does nothing more and doesn't respond. Cannot do forms, ESC or COC which is one if the main things a sparkie needs for day to day use and according to a phonecall isn't a high priority feature to even add. So unfortunately i cant do my job on this app
1 ★ App won't load my details ie calendar and jobs. If it isn't doing that it constantly wants me to resign in, and with the 2fa it is annoying on a mobile device. Trying to reinstall now. Fergus mobile at least was consistently OK. Had it's issues, but was at least useable
1 ★ It's supposed to be a usefull and easy to use app. Every time you close the app to save battery drain from tracking. Two form factor authentication locks you out untill you receive a text to log back in. Such a pain. Buggy to use
1 ★ Absolutely trash. Can't even create a new job and add multiple contact details. It is horrendous. Fergus mobile has much more functionalty. Wish they would just focus on improving the original app.
1 ★ This app is supposed to be a replacement for the fergus mobile app. I can not do half the functions the fergus mobile app can make this app not fit for purpose. I would love an explanation as to why they have removed so much of the functionality from the app. There is no possible way we can get a proper workflow with this app.
2 ★ Please bring the fergus mobile app back as the main use as it has alot more functionality than fergus go. Fergus go doesn't not even allow half of the functionality that the fergus mobile offers.

1 ★ Evidently this was a rushed release to meet a deadline. Frustrating poor effort. CURRENTLY NOT READY FOR DAILY COMMERCIAL USE. I hope Fergus fix this as a priority in January 2023.
