2 ★ I love the Hallmark channel but this app is horrible! First it stopped casting to a device for weeks and that was finally resolved last week but now I cannot use subtitles while casting. This app is a major pain just to watch my hallmark show!!!! Fix this!!!!
2 ★ When watching series it will not auto play the next episode and doesn't go into watch list unless you do each episode separately. Also, does go under the continue watching spot. Really aggravating. Updated and now it doesn't load the shows. Yes I've turned it off and back on. Reinstalled it.
1 ★ Updated.... fix your dam app. No one should have to keep logining back in all the time. Never updates movies ,constantly says it cant play a movie. Still showing September. March. 2021 App. Still sucks , constantly need to login. . I'd like to give it a no star
1 ★ I hadn't used the app in awhile. When I opened it today, it just spins when I try to watch anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won't work. Very disappointing and needs to be resolved.
1 ★ It's been working fine since the update, but suddenly it only plays audio. No video. Just a black screen. I tried a couple of different movies at different times. Please fix this and I will change my rating.
3 ★ App fixed. Bu I have to say that customer service is bad. They ignored users whike it was broken, as well as charging the monthly fee when there was 3-4 weeks of an unusable app.
1 ★ I've had this app for a while and loved it. HOWEVER, recently every movie I try to watch gives me an error so the fact that I have it and pay the subscription makes it pretty useless.
1 ★ Don't sign up they make it impossible to cancel !!!! I can't even watch movies anymore, it crashes everytime I hit play.
1 ★ Wth I had a monthly subscription. Now the app is saying I don't and that I need to choose a plan. And when I try to do that I cant get past the payment. I better not get charged for a service I cant even use.
1 ★ It tells me I have renewed my subscription, but when I try to use the app it will not allow me to watch something because it says I have not subscribed.. I am not going to pay for something I can not use.
1 ★ I have been having issue with movie playing on the app I can watch show and other movies on my other apps but not Hallmark. If it's not working soon I will cancel this and pay for another app to watch movies on
