1 ★ App not working. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Contacted customer service they said to uninstall and read through Web. Why am I bothering to pay monthly?

1 ★ Continually dropping- just after I signed up to monthly fee - coincidence or what ??

2 ★ Initially for 2 months I could read full articles for the past 9 months the articles keeping dropping out and reloading 2 sec later it drops again reload. I have fibreoptic broadband at home and no matter where my location my experience is the same, i have reloaded the app but to no avail over all very poor performance from irish independent, I will be moving to Irish times to try my luck there.

1 ★ Wasn't working for a couple of weeks. Uninstall Ed and now can reinstall because device not compatible with this version. Nothing changed at my end.

1 ★ Loved the app before with adverts. However now asking for 10 euros a month for something I look at for less than 10 minutes in a week. Just deleted it. Asking to much money. I don't think it's a great idea to put it on same price plan as Netflix, Spotify, etc... best of luck to them. There is plenty of news source out there that have no payment wall.

2 ★ I very recently gave this app 5 stars. I have just opened it after updating it and I am disappointed that most of the articles are premium and you are charging €9.99 a month for access.....way too pricey. Guess I'm going to have to learn to do without my daily fix of finding out what's happening in Ireland and the rest of the world. Very harsh!

1 ★ Why do paid subscribers still have to deal with ads in the app?? Also a number of times over the last month I have gotten "An Error has occurred, please try again later" message when I click on the login icon so cant even view articles that I'm paying for. Poor service. Not even a warning that the service will be down. Who actually tests this on a daily basis?

1 ★ Poor performance. Not only did the developer decide to have most articles accessible only under the Premium package (see previous complaints) worst decision in the current context: would have been wise to allow the general public with free access to covid 19 news ("hack" it by searching exact same news by title online), but also APP STARTED TO CRASH, doesn't open (good phone). Tried to reinstall,updates etc still doesn't work. I can't help but wonder how do those who paid for it feel right now.

1 ★ Used to be great😢, but you now have to upgrade to premium to read most articles. I buy the Irish Independent newspaper everyday however I liked using the app during the day to keep up to date, not any more(I won't pay twice for the same article's!!), I along with many others I know am uninstalling and will use RTE or The Journal instead

1 ★ New updated version is rubbish, many images and photos are cut or too enlarged to view. Keeps freezing while in use. Print size too big and uncomfortable on the eyes. Majority of columns and reports are now set to premium version which comes at a hefty price tag. Very disappointing. App keeps crashing, not worth it

1 ★ Why is this app asking me to register before being allowed to read some stories? I have already agreed to god knows what when i downloaded the app, funny tho that my wife has the same phone and the same app but it does not ask her to register, could you explain this??? I also notice from reading other reviews that the developers do not reply, ...................... nice.
