Description
Simply take or upload a picture of your day to day medical expense receipts and submit them directly to our Claims Department for assessment through the Laya App.
We have also amalgamated our CareOnCall app so that members can contact Digital GP services including face to face video consultations with a GP, an online prescription service and access to home testing kits. Because this is an app you will want to keep using, we’ve enabled touch/face id for Android and Ios for speedy and secure login.

App permissions
Laya App 3.3.6 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Required to be able to access the camera device.

1 ★ The links in the app don't work. If I try to book cardiac screening it says "web browser not available". Same when I try to access info on Wellbeing clinics. I have Samsung browser and Edge browser installed. I guess whoever programmed this thinks google Chrome is the only browser in the world. To test this I downloaded chrome and the links now work. Basically the worst "app" ever. It just redirects you to the website.
3 ★ Its handy for sending in claims, seamless in that regard. But when I go to look up coverage or other areas it doesnt work. I get an error message "could not open the page web browser not available " I reckon this is because I disabled chrome. I use Firefox. I don't use chrome due it advertising and privacy policys.
1 ★ pdf receipts are broken and can't be downloaded anymore
2 ★ Keeps logging me out when I submit a claim
1 ★ Am I Covered function fails.... With a "Cannot open browser" message. Even though there are multiple browsers installed. And many months later.... It's still just as broken. Very poor
