FedEx Delivery Manager is only available for residential deliveries within the U.S. You must be signed in to the FedEx Mobile app and registered for FedEx Delivery Manager to use selected features.
*Maximize your FedEx experience by allowing the following permissions: Location to find a convenient FedEx location, Camera to scan a shipping label and track a package, and Push Notifications to receive notifications on a package. Also, get Sound Notifications for delivered packages by turning on sound in your settings.

1 ★ I didn't choose fed ex. I have very little experience with ordering online because I recieved payment in cash for years. This year I've finally reconnected to the grid entirely. Nvm. To be quick. I wanted to make sure they had all the Intel possible. I spent all day trying to create an account every few minutes while waiting for the door. I'm still waiting. 2 NIGHTS AT WORK ON 2 hours of sleep roughly. Fed ex was the expensive option. I paid extra for this experience. It just failed again.
1 ★ Id rather use dhl. You know how bad they are. Everything I order is always late. At least one day. Maybe a week. They dont update tracking. I'm tired of the excuses over the past year. Covid, a thunderstorm, a bunny ran across the railroad tracks.. There's always an excuse. When I call they blame the shipper. There's no excuse for this anymore.
5 ★ Fedex is an awesome delivery service. I have absolutely no complaints. This app they have is fantastic so far, gives me peace of mind knowing when and how my packages will be delivered AND being tracked too. I couldn't be happier with this so far.
4 ★ Great for easily tracking packages and asking for alternative delivery. Wasn't able to add an address so did it on the website. Seems the app has a glitch with the verification step.
3 ★ No intuitive way to simply type in a tracking number without creating an account. You should be able to open the app and enter a tracking number without an account.
1 ★ I received someone else's package and mine was delivered somewhere else. Customer service was so busy that I waited forever and then the post survey came up and I had to call back! Not great.
1 ★ This app sucks, a ton of features that don't work, being logged out all the time, can't delete a old address or add a new one, the list goes on. Worst app I've ever used.
2 ★ Newly installed very user unfriendly. Little to no feedback trying to sign up. Would not accept a totally valid email address! Had to use my desktop computer to complete my task.
4 ★ Extremely useful, reasonably easy to use. Once you figure out how to find the redirection options for a package in transit.
4 ★ Wish that they would follow the instructions left for delivery otherwise what's the point of having that option. Real time tracking once it is out for delivery would also be great love that feature by UPS
1 ★ Fedex is really, just horrible. I am literally sick and tired of wasting a whole damn day waiting on these morrons while their sitting on their asses, or even dragging their damn feet. I literally hate Fedex. When your package is scheduled to be delivered on a certain day, when that day comes nothing is delivered, you dont get a email, or even a text saying its going to be late. This is why i refuse to ship through this place. They don't even follow directions at all
5 ★ You never have to worry about typing in tracking numbers or losing them again. This app is an absolute must have.
1 ★ Not exactly a review about the app but how, if the driver knocked on the door, did I manage to hear a slip being posted but not a guy banging on a door in the room beneath me. Bloody useless.
3 ★ fast and efficient, BUT apparently the delivery drivers have never heard of porch pirates. packages left by front door, IN FULL VIEW OF STREET, not bothering to put behind porch wall, or on a seat on the porch, out of view
1 ★ Useless app to reschedule deliveries/change pickups. Customer service number not updated. Poor experience with FedEx customer service too.
