2 ★ Can't get the sleep function to work at all. Instructions are basic at best and don't really tell you how to do anything

1 ★ Went from working perfectly to no longer syncing. The step count has always overestimated by at least 1,000 steps a day, but the sleep tracker has been useful. I hope I can get it to sync again.
2 ★ Cant transfer data if change phones. Has low memory capability so you have to sync every 3 days. Can't update sleep log if incorrect. Doesn't record afternoon naps as sleep. Doesnt record any sleep if you go to sleep after midnight. Can't edit sleep data if incorrect.

3 ★ The app is ok but the personal settings need correcting. In the UK the app asks height in inches & weight in pounds. If you use these you get told you're obese. I figured out despite asking for inches & pounds it's actually wanting CMS & kg's. If you put those in it's accurate. Come on Silver crest, at least label the parameters correctly as user can't change these.
3 ★ The height and weight measurements are total inaccurate. I am underweight and average height. The app dosent have my hight so I have to go taller and then tells me I'm obese!!! This is a basic function, could you please fix.
2 ★ Initially I was happy with the step count and sleep recording. That was until I woke and was up and about from 4:30am. I went for an early morning walk at 5:40, was out for 50 minutes and no steps were recorded. Apparently I was awake but not active!! Later I was recorded cycling while I was in fact driving.
3 ★ For the price this tracker is ok I guess but the software setup is a bit screwy with nonsensical units and defaults. Sleep tracking doesn't seem to register when you wake up in the middle of the night then go back to sleep again. The software is nicely presented and the Bluetooth connection seems reliable enough. EDIT: device fell apart after a few weeks, rubbish build quality.
3 ★ The sleep tracking function is pretty inaccurate. It claims I was asleep between set times when I hadn't even gone to bed. Apparently I had 6 hours sleep last night but only spent 3 hours in bed?! How is it supposed to measure your sleep?
2 ★ I was so looking forward to this app and to my surprise I simply can not change the mesurements.. I am a small built 1,64 cm with 53 kg. .I am obese...in this app...seriously!!
1 ★ I too have a problem with pairing. When trying to connect watch it keeps knocking off the bluetooth. I've tried to do this a number of times, even uninstalled and reinstalled. Still knocks the bluetooth off. It's a shame it was a brilliant little gadget up until few days ago. So I have given up with it.
