Description

CNC Force Calculator is a tool that can help any CNC machinist or CNC designer by calculating cutting forces, speeds, feeds and power requirements for end milling operations.

Calculates the following:

- Optimal feed and rotation speed
- Material Removal Rate
- Required spindle power and torque
- Cutting tool force
- Chip formation modeling
- **** motors power and torque requirements
- Vibration frequencies

Paid version includes a material database with a variety of work materials and the ability to choose HSS or Carbide tool. It is also ad-free.

Free version requires only 2 permissions to access the network for ad updates. Paid version requires no permissions.
