4 ★ FastTech itself is great and I "used" to love the app, but the last couple months when I select to view an products photo, it just shows a black photo or screen. I can go to FastTech website and I can view the image but not on the app. I really hope the developers for the issue. Using the app on a OnePlus 7 Pro

3 ★ As far as the app goes, it's so-so. The search function works ok, but to buy anything it steers you to their website, which isn't that bad, really. As far as Fast Tech goes, prices are great but the biggest problem is the app says it's in stock but it's not. They then steer you to something that they think is similar. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes it isn't. They do refund promptly if you can't find what you're looking for. They take a long time to get things out the door into shipping.
3 ★ Deals are good, but navigating is atrocious; and will eventually make you visit the store on a browser unless you're buying a single item... Even then at check out there can be Issue, causing you to lose your coupon code's only use, thankfully support staff does help!
3 ★ It's okay, but you can't sort or search within your wishlist. Common feature in marketplace app, especially if you have many items available in your wishlist.
2 ★ it doesnt sync shopping cart with the browser version of the site, i think they have done nothing to solve this problem since 2015, so bad
3 ★ App goes black if I click on an image with a Mate 20 Pro. App is clunky, crashes a lot and a riddled with bugs which should of been resolved by now.
3 ★ I love it but hate it at same time. Great value but they have stuf for sale that is discounted and sometimes it says ships next day but when you check it says restocking. Stop advertising stuf that is not there!
2 ★ Great selection of items and prices. But the App sucks! Pictures won't load Wish list/ Cart buggy as hell, Check out errors. ETC.
2 ★ Crashes and/or won't connect, quite often. Annoying. I just end up using the website.
1 ★ The app is buggy, the website is terrible - why do I care what things you USED to have but are now discontinued? Remove them from the search. And the delivery time is abysmal. If you order from these guys you'll want 6 months lead time before you expect it.
3 ★ There are still some unresolved bugs mainly with the shopping cart.
2 ★ Wont stay logged in during checkout (fail to earn money). Later login fails. Desktop checkout: Oops! Server error... (failure to earn money).
1 ★ Dark theme does not work. I am opening the app and I cannot see any photos of any product. Perfect. Uninstalling
