1 ★ App won't let me sign in. First time trying the App and it won't accept my card number. Error message: Card # **** **** **** **** is not a part of the Fas Rewards Program. I have been using my card and accumulating points since I first signed up. I thought downloading the App would make it easier to check my balance, learn of new promos etc. I was hesitant to install it to begin with due to the unnecessary permissions. Uninstalling.
3 ★ Problem is when I put my email address it told me that it was invalid I think you have to fix that thank you
2 ★ Keeps saying invalid email. Everyone else uses it just fine so I know it's valid.
3 ★ The barcodes on the app does not match the barcode on your card. So it doesn't work like it should
3 ★ Clerks dont always except my card. I always check after each use and i dont get my points
3 ★ I tried to register a card and when I press submit it tells to type in a email address which I did. I tried both of my email addresses and it will not accept either one.
2 ★ There's times Im unable to get it to load, keeps spinning,, other times says pin is invalid.
1 ★ Would not even let me put my card number in. Useless!
