5 ★ Best place ever to do my laundry. I love my card i feel secure at this laundry mat. Always clean, and the staff are always helpful and ~kind~. Please share your basket. Please stop basket hoarding. If you can't share get your own.
1 ★ Completely useless. What's the point of an "Add Value" option if it doesn't work? The card is basically as useful as a paperweight. You literally cannot put money on the card. If you try, it just says it's encountered a problem. Might as well wash your close in the pool.

4 ★ I feel like if they had an option for push notifications for when your machines are done, it would be such a better app. Getting my notifications through email when I check my emails every few hours don't really make sense. And if the developers were able to track how much time is left on the washers instead of just the dryers, that would be awesome. Other than that, the app is great!
1 ★ Terrible. I started by putting $20 into the app to use the washer. Went as expected. Went to use dryer. Put $10 in. Went as expected. Opened dryer to check if I needed to add more time. Still had 3 minutes left. Dryer wanted me to pay another $5.50 to get it to start all over again. While trying to get it to go again I swiped my card on the machine (I was running short on time and becoming desperate) This didn't add any additional time, but stole $20 more from me. Total should have been $17 for washer and $5.50+ a few additional minutes for dryer. I ended up spending a ridiculous $50. Some of that total is trapped on the app forever because I will never use this ever again. App is very confusing to use and doesn't seem to communicate with the machines very well. Requires you to finish each transaction on the machine itself. When trying to add additional time for drying, it wouldn't let me. Instead it wanted $5.50 to start the drying process from the beginning. The 3 minutes I had left was removed. I was forced to click on the app and the machine back and forth until $5.50 was added. It was only adding .25 at a time and refused to start again until I put all $5.50 into the machine. Avoid this app and avoid using the card reader entirely. Stick with good old fashioned coins. F*** the 25% discount. Not worth the headache. And not worth getting ripped off.
3 ★ There's a lot to like about the app and a lot to dislike. I've been trying to figure out how to add money to my account since the cash kiosk is locked up due to the office being closed for the pandemic. I don't see an option on the app. Now I'm associated with a location in Tennessee and I live in Pennsylvania. There's no option to reset so that's a bummer. I also can't tell the app what my credit card number is or allow it to attach to a card session so it can associate it with my account and get notifications. I saw push was in the works. I have yet to start a unit with a bar code. I would also like the ability to automatically start in the building I'm at and only go out to locations if I choose to. The little heart does nothing, it's a decoration. I doubt I will since it would be a real hassle to go to another building to do laundry. It would also be nice for it to auto-refresh status once in a while. You can manually do it but it doesn't seem to do it automatically. The good is that it is easy to use even if the features are lacking. It does notify you via email. It does show you a balance.
1 ★ Worthless app. There are no barcodes to scan and the app rejects all manual attempts to start a machine. The only thing the app actually does, is give a remaining balance on my card... Which is useless since none of the machines have card readers anymore. And, to add insult to injury, I have $19.25 on the card that I can't use. And no one is refunding.
2 ★ It seems sooooo sketchy. I don't want to today put my card info. If I accidently get my password wrong it shows a pop up that can't go away unless I restart the app. It won't show locations, and when I tap on add location it brings me to the coupon scanning. It's so under developed and I'd rather just go to the laundromat and sit there .
3 ★ I appreciate the existence of the app but it needs some work. it doesn't maintain an actual clock-in the notifications don't work at least on my device for when the machine is done. I also have to close the app and then reopen it so it'll pull the times again from the machines that I have active. regardless I still get to be able to sit in my car and listen to music and have my heater/ AC on while I do my laundry and wait for them to be done.
2 ★ I have recently tried to add funds to my Fascard but I am unable to because the screen will not allow me to put my name in. I am only able to scroll up to start add my debit/credit card number. This is very frustrating and don't want to add funds through my local laundromat where I use the card. Help with this issue would be nice. Did not have this issue prior to recent update.
1 ★ Terrible, there's no way to add funds and no instructions. App is completely useless. They did add am "add value" feature, but it doesn't work. So I stand by the original review of this app being completely useless. I can swipe my card at the machine in 2 seconds, so why would I waste anymore time on this app.
3 ★ App is convienent and saves you 10% which is super nice. Only gets a 3 star rating though because any time theres an error or an orange text bubble that pops up, you can't get rid of it unless you close out the app and resign in. That's super annoying. Please fix this problem and maybe the app would be better
