1 ★ Has kicked me out multiple times telling me my session has expired. I know I have a 2hr limit set, but that tells you your time limit has been reached. Just happened mid hand with bets on the table telling me my session has expired. It was my second hand I'd been logged in for maybe 5min. There is no need to respond with a generic message saying sorry, and if you continue to experience these problems contact us at... Just fix it

2 ★ Interface and options to bet are great. However if you need your withdrawls paid out on a timely fashion than this site is going to disappoint you. Rival betting sites take a maximum of 2 hours to pay but I've waited as long as 48 hours. I assure you it doesn't even take 48 seconds to deposit. If your looking for customer support than prepare to be double disappointed. Agents who don't care and actively try to divert you away is what most people experience. I would urge people to try elsewhere.

3 ★ great for parlays. they need to get into golf like bet365 does. the location thing is highly annoying with most games. has to constantly confirm location non stop and tons of bets don't go through. good book overall

2 ★ App was decent the first day, since then the casino games crash after making a bet and you lose your money and a majority of the casino games won't even load they constantly say sever error or just plainly kick you out of the game back to the main screen. You will win the first day you play and then your lucky to win pennies from there on. Tried to contact support, had to verify my identity, was told it would be a estimated 2 minute wait for an agent and then waited 20 minutes and nothing.

1 ★ Their support agents or so vague, and you get no responses from their account team through email. Been locked out of my account now for 6 days for no apparent reason, and I can't get a response from the account team, I've emailed 3 times and no response. No phone number to call. I've reached out to their X page for support and Facebook page for support and their response is just beating around the bush. Terrible customer service and they really don't hurry to provide an answer or solution.

2 ★ Your promotions are unclear and confusing. I get manually opting into them, how about a section that indicates what's been opted into? How about indicating what qualifies for the promo when placing the bet? I've missed out on your promos too many times because there was no indication when placing the bet whether I qualified for the promo or not

1 ★ Be careful on this app , if you log in wrong . They block your account for no reason. I haven't deposited any money into my account, and l got blocked. I'm glad l didn't. Because l would of lost it. I tried giving my personal info to get unblocked, but unsuccessful . Customer Beware....

1 ★ Was a 5 star site until they altered the No Sweat Bets. Customer Service has also become horrendous. I had money deducted from my account via a glitchy bet, multiple wagers counted for one wager, that they would only resolve with "Bonus Funds" and not real funds, the method in which the money wad deducted.

1 ★ Took over 2 hours for deposit to go through which isn't that terrible but in every other site I've used so far the money went in right away. Worried about it I contacted customer service and the wait time was 30 minutes. The app aut logged me out before then so I could never reach anyone. Because of the initial experience I decided not to play here, tried cashing out and was declined. My initial deposit is now being held hostage. Give me my money back and I'll delete this rating/review.

1 ★ Does not allow me to enter a majority of the slots. This includes any new slots or any with the jackpot or Fort Knox. There are only a few I have been able to get into, and I have no interest in playing them. (Just checking to see if it's all of the games that are crashing). Have not been able to take advantage of the $5.00 credits on Friday, as I can not get into any of the slot games. Take advantage of the refer a friend credits and then find another app until the crashes have been fixed.

3 ★ Not available. Please expand to other provinces. Not sure why I can download the app and make a deposit but not make any bets because my location is not verified because you're not available in British Columbia. You have my money though? What a waste of time. Now I have to cash out... EDIT: Thanks FD for the useless generic auto reply. FFS

2 ★ This "app" constantly messes up and forgets if you're logged in or not. Constant resets back to home screen, half the time you end up on the website because your isn't an app, just a terrible website shell. It also never gave credit for a referral I was given from a friend so no $100 credit as promised by their promo. Will uninstall and never use again after initial deposit is spent

2 ★ Extremely glitchy! I can't get through 10mins of play without an error coming up about my location. very frustrating because it feels like it does it on purpose when you start to win a little, then you lose your session.

1 ★ Only thing good is sports betting, the casino use to be good but like most recent complaints ive read on here all live dealers won't open, all you get is a black screen ..been 2 to 3 weeks, I've contacted support and they couldn't help me, Sent them screen shots and all.. waiting to hear back for the "manager" then I might change my rating

1 ★ Don't even try... They'll give you a good streak for maybe a day or 2... Then you're in loss city! Can't believe I can go 200+ spins on slots and not hit anything worth 10× bet!
