1 ★ live dealer used to work. I started winning and now when I try to play the screen goes black. Am I being banned for winning? probably. When I try the chat support it says there is a wait time of 20 minutes. and guess what... no one ever answers my chat request

1 ★ Used to be a great app but lately wont allow me to enter. Keeps asking to update even though I have the latest updates. Have no problem with the sportsbook and when I try customer support I get nowhere. Wont let me talk to a live agent. Just keeps giving me the same questions over and over, none of which apply to the problem. And I see from other reviews lately that I am not the only one having this problem.

3 ★ I would love it more if it didn't crash regularly and say it's signed out due to inactivity, even though I was playing at the time..

1 ★ App crashes before I am even able to log in. Claims I need to update android system WebView but this is already updated to it's latest version available from the play store. I've tried contacting support and got a canned message for how to fix issues with using it on the website. I've tried everything from uninstalling and clearing the app cache and clearing Chrome's cache. Still crashes everytime I open the app. Used to work great a few months ago. Why'd you break your app?

1 ★ This casino is beyond unprofessional. Tried to log into my account one day months ago And Got a message saying it was locked. customer service says acct has to be investigated..... This was months and months ago. Never got any email from anybody notifying me of anything. No email to send in any documents for verification which I would gladly do. No idea why it would take so long Or why it even get locked in the first place. Spend your money elsewhere!!

1 ★ I've spent the last 3 hours trying to access the app because it closed on me mid-spin and I haven't been able to get on it since... keeps telling me I need updates to Chrome and system webview which are both up to date... this bug has been going on for several weeks now but has never been this bad

1 ★ Definitely the worst customer service I've ever experienced, this being a manager of 10 years... takes 3 days to get an email, they Lock you out for no apparent reason. I've won on this app, but garbage service. I'm still waiting (2weeks) to get back into my account. So many missed promotions and I'm STILL waiting for an email

3 ★ I love FanDuel and I use it regularly for sports betting, however I just wanted to inform the developers that the casino freezes on both sports betting app and casino app. I have yet to be able to use one game because it freezes on the main screen. All of my chrome and web view apps are updated. Android 10, Samsung Galaxy S9

1 ★ Your casino app is garbage!! Error after error telling me to update web view and Google Chrome to the latest version (which they are) its been like this the entire time and has only gotten worse over time. I may get lucky 1 of 100 force closes and reopen to actually get on to play, and God forbid I leave the game I'm playing only to go thru the same nonsense

1 ★ Keeps freezing and crashing or asking me to update WebView. I did and still doesn't work. Samuel from support team told me to uninstall and check my operating system to make sure up to date which it is. And it still doesn't work. Open on chrome and try it, STILL DOESNT WORK.

2 ★ I actually was able to play some slots unlike most. They kind of work although it will georestrict you mid game regularly which is really odd. Also their slots selection is mostly 3rd tier junk or what appear to be clunky homebrews that pay about as well as a sketchy casino in the Caribbean. I would honestly go anywhere else and there are lots of options out there. Gave two stars for having a semi functional platform. Not sure how well the sports betting works as I didn't try it.

1 ★ Used to be good... Now it crashes over and over. It tells me to update webviewer and google chrome but they are all up to date. They keep sending me $5 bonuses to play with but the app wont stay running long enough.
