Famly 189 APK requires following permissions:

4 ★ The nursery choose the app they use rather than the parents, but this seems to work well enough at our nursery

4 ★ Easy to use, has all the relevant information. Recently however, the links for observations have stopped working. And it can be a bit hard to find old information. Would be good to have a reply option in messages as you can only do reply all the moment. It has definitely increased the level of interaction with nursery though, which is fab!
2 ★ I hate this app. I keep getting unauthorized notifications. Have to keep getting a magic link, still not working, apparently my email address is unauthorized even it's the same one I've used every other time previously to log in. It's sporadic and inconsistent which quite frankly is pretty frustrating when all I want to do is check how my baby is getting on.
3 ★ Limited value compared to using the website. Our Nursery posted a development review and all I can see in the mobile app are the headings which can't be expanded to see the detail. I found I needed to use the website to view these, which makes the app less useful than it should be.
1 ★ Seems to be a bug when using the app with an android phone where I can't click to see additional photos shared on the newsfeed. For example 20 photos might be shared so the first 3 appear on the feed and the fourth photo will have +17 over it but when I click in I can only see the 4th photo not the additional 16 photos as no way to click onwards. The same error does not occur when accessing the app using an iPhone. Happy to change my review if assistance is provided re this as its very annoying
4 ★ Great app. The only issue I'm having now is it's telling me in the news feed on Famly to update to the newest version (version 7) but there is nothing coming up when I go to the app store to do so. Other than that the app is great for keeping up with my daughters nursery.
3 ★ I've only been using this for the last 3 months and thought it worked pretty well, although it's a little clunky in places. Like the last two users, I've found the links to the observations can no longer be opened on the app -given it used to work before I'm guessing this could easily be fixed. It would be helpful to have the option to download photos from the app onto one's phone. Otherwise, it works well.
5 ★ Brilliant app. Works well, payment of invoices is easy. And it means I get to see everything from what my child has eaten, to what they did at nursery. I can also book off weeks for holidays and sickness. This app has it all.
3 ★ Great app but needs some work..... Messages always appear with the oldest first so you have to scroll all the way down to the bottom every time you receive a new message. There is always a constant 'network error' banner at the top of the screen. Issues on android, S10.
5 ★ Constant network issue banner popping up at top of the screen on all my devices and different networks. This needs fixing. Very good app to easily track my child's day to day activities in nursery and to community with staff and other parents. One small critique would be to better show how to set up a grandparents login and allow them access so they can also see their grandaughters learning journey.
1 ★ nice idea, terrible app. notification settings are on but I no longer receive notifications. I have to manually check and even then if there's a message it doesn't necessarily allow me to read it or refresh the page. also, it constantly tells me I have no internet connection.
