1 ★ Kept freezing up saying it couldn't get my location my location is on the app has permission to use it and also it shouldn't need location unless your not a platinum member which I am

2 ★ Not consumer friendly. Why would you have us pay for a monthly or annual fee to be in the front of the then add a extra fee for the day. of. NOT GOOD BUSINESS!

5 ★ Love the exprience of so many products

1 ★ I am unable to check-in with the basic plan and do not want to subscribe to a platinum member. I'm trying to save money not spend a monthly payment just to stand in line with a number to get in. Also, I understand that each store has a capacity, but for those that have numbers should be able to get in. That is the whole reason why we download this app to get in early. I watched people with numbers stand in line just as long as I did (without a number) just to get on a Saturday.

1 ★ These stores are now really bad. Low inventory and too many stores. It is now Pay to Play. You have to pay a membership fee to get good chances at items. :/ Food items are either expired or close to expireing.

1 ★ On arden way the manager give thing to his friends on the hands , he save inside and when his friends get there he give good stuff, iam membership for nothing

1 ★ Premium check in is a disgrace. The original concept was great. Now greed of the owners has taken over. Myself and my friends will no longer shop there

3 ★ When i leave the page my pass is on i can never go back. It tells me i already have a pass. So i cant retrieve it.
