The current edition of the RF Law "On Protection of Consumers' Rights.

This Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights", regulates relations between consumers and manufacturers, executors, importers and sellers in the sale of goods (works, services), establishes the rights of consumers to purchase goods (works, services) of good quality and safe for life, health, property of consumers and the environment, obtaining information about goods (works, services) and their producer (executor, seller), education, government and public protection of their interests, and also determines the mechanism of realization of these rights.
