1 ★ Lousy app. Since u display the vouchers out front then why can't flexibility be provided to allow choose the voucher first then the payment method? Since u embedded the voucher within payment option, the u should enforce a 2nd step process to ask for voucher or skip the option. I find it difficult to use your payment option thus i hardly patronise fairprice due to this lousy app
1 ★ Either bug or being stupid. Why do I need to add a credit card before I can use Google pay as an option? And when I need to use it then it showed me that I need to add. Its just ridiculous from a design standpoint. Having Google pay is supposed to be a convenient option but this design makes it redundant and even more troublesome. Now after adding and deleting the app, would it finally work again. It's just stupid.
2 ★ Disabled every single notification option in the settings, but still receiving marketing push notifications and emails. Loading of the QR code is too slow, especially with Google Pay unnecessarily opening every time.
1 ★ Guess after update, system all goes down. I cant do any online groceries no more. Been trying for an hour to checkout. But system always prompt my card cant make payment. Tried others card also still E same.
1 ★ Since 2 days ago, I get error message "Fairprice Group has stopped. Open app again" every time I click on the shopping cart. Logged out and logged in again but doesn't help - same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled - still same problem ☹️☹️
5 ★ Very convenient and easy to use. A lot of choices and some items not available at physical Fairprice store are available on app. Having to use linkpoints also great.
1 ★ We used to get a paper receipt even when we paid using the card saved in the app. Now, where do I find itemised receipts of my purchases? In event that I need to go back to the store for exchange or return! Don't dismiss customers' rights by doing away with the paper receipt prematurely. It's not fair practice.
4 ★ Happy with the online app. Delivery always fast!! Just that sometimes some orders will not be available and cancelled at the last minute.
4 ★ It's a gud experience with fp every single time... Timely delivery, refund for wrong product, or update if product is out of stock... App works quite well...
1 ★ Clash and unable to log in the app Can't link up with singpass. Keep auto close. Useless app
2 ★ My List at FairPrice store are gone! Try to add groceries to My List again but it just doesn't appear. Kindly fix it ASAP.
3 ★ I searched "calculator as I want to buy, result shows calculators and fan circulators which is quite off topic. Both results came up.
1 ★ new update : my user ID hangs/can't sign on, in browser in Android, can't place order - sigh - hopeless app OLD: this app has improved significantly over the last 2+year. It still is missing the AI to anticipate what you want to order and to. give quick access to your shopping list and. allow you to sort and filter your favourites / shopping list ... This makes the app. very inefficient and slow to shop in.. And product wise - consistently rotten fruit and vegetables
1 ★ Tried using the vouchers again today. Couldn't figure out, so I asked the staff for help. And the staff took out a booklet with the promotion items to scan instead. They didn't know how to use the app even after I persisted to ask how I could use the vouchers within the app. Tried to use the scan and go but it kept showing error msg. Totally user unfriendly. It's almost as if the developer wanted to make it as painful to use as possible, so the vouchers and what not would not be utilized.
1 ★ Recently cant load app, even though my network shows full coverage. So many times cant use my membership. Prefer to use card.
