1 ★ Often have " out of stock" on bread, barley drink, chew eggs etc. Usually lasted for days. What's the point of being a supermarket when it can't fulfill the simple principle of stocking up for business? This is one good way to let your customers change to giant/ redmart. Your ads music is irritating!
1 ★ I'm unable to buy 3 Huggies diapers, the app just don't allow. Other brand of diaper has no limit. Still the same problem but for Pedisure Ready to Drink Milk. There is flash deal 6 for $99.80 but can only allow me to buy 5. I'm using the latest version of the app.
4 ★ Mainly use the app for payment at physical fairprice and kopitiam food court. Love the seamless process of e-vouchers, linkpoints and payment at the same time. Would love to see e-vouchers accepted at kopitiam too. The payment process could be a little unstable if you leave the QR code opened for a minute before paying. Also they keep sending emails to get u to review the products, pure annoying...
1 ★ still 1 star because it didn't give real 10% off at kopi thiam . if 2 item the 10% only apply to the cheaper one . try to checkout 2 time to get your 10% off . what a scam
